I was insulted by the manager about changing order and how they are dealing with high food cost. If I change or canceled my order then the entire order is cancelled.I immediately bit my tounge extremely upset and left. In addition told by the waitress it costs $1.50 extra for a to go cup for a drink. Poor customer service.
My family and I just left Sophia's after being told to "sit anywhere you want", we sat at the table for 10 minutes. One server said she would be right with us, but failed to return.
Having more than 2 out front staff working on Saturday night might be a good consideration!
Took family tonight, even when they where very busy the waitress was very kind and food was good and hot. I recommend them 100 %.
