Amazing service and very friendly staff. I ordered the meat lovers calzone and was amazing. For a large size it is big enough for two people. I am definitely coming back for more of this and to try their pizza. I will be a repeat customer.

The camera did not get to eat first here! Today was my first time here and we will absolutely be coming back. Good prices for entire pizzas, kind attentive service, and delicious food :)

Does not greet “certain people” when entering the establishment. Picked up a to-go order and girl that was at the register walked away and another one came. This kind of thing has happened on 2 different occasions, approx 6 months apart. Food is severely bland and lasagna is very watery. Only go to this place if you’re looking for a good salad (salad bar). I thought new management meant better foods, better service but I guess I was wrong. Would not come back until a new restaurant is in its place.

Was recommended by a local however this was the worst pizza experience ever. I eat a lot of pizza & this small town pizzeria pizza had no sauce. The crust was dry & bland that of Little Caesars however there pizza taste a lot better than this place. I paid for pepperoni only to get 1 per slice. The staff seemed friendly however the wait time for just a small pizza of that taste was really ridiculous.Safe to say I will not be returning when I'm back in town. They even felt comfortable giving me an out of date " Honey Mustard" labeled "10-18" which is approx 9-10 days old. Smh you're better off at Dominos or Little Caesars Pizza.

A small hometown pizzeria. Parking is easy, the staff seemed friendly however my wait time for a small pizza was literally a hour & 6 mins. The place was recommended by a local however after getting back to my hotel I discovered huge toppings that of a salad & not on a pizza. The pizza had NO sauce & the crust is bland. I paid for pepperoni only to get 1 per slice, pizza Almost like a Little Caesars Pizza but even there pizza is more flavor able. I was really disappointed. I feel like I wasted $25 & a hour of my time. Guess I should have tried *Big Daddy's pizza & wings they were the 2nd recommendation. I was thrown back by the open salad bar but flies flying around as well as my "Honey Mustard," is 9-10 days old per the date ??safe to say I will NOT be back when I visit.

Ordered chicken Alfredo and got a bowl of unseasoned chicken noodle soup. Was told it was suppose to be thin. There was 0 Alfredo sauce in it.lost 2 customers.

Great food good prices, amazing staff,. Food would be a 5 but out pizza was improperly cooked, I spoke to the manager and she said she Thanked me for my advice. They had just restaffed the kitchen. After their growing pains with new staff I can see this place Being a great hidden gem.

I only discovered Sophia's several months ago but have been a dozen times since, because the food was great. Atmosphere is on point for the menu. Two days ago, my son requested to eat there after his baseball practice, as he loves their meatball sub and fries (with ranch dressing). I ordered my typical- tuna salad sub and side salad. After ordering I went to the salad bar to fix my salad. While at the bar, I grabbed an extra bowl and filled it about halfway with ranch dressing for my son. I get back to the table and almost finish the salad before our drinks arrived. The waitress was kind and admitted she forgot about them- no big deal for me. What frustrated me more than anything was the extra salad charge ($3.95) added to my bill because I used a 2nd bowl for the dressing. I confronted the waitress and she stated the fee was accurate because I used a 2nd salad bowl. Of course I wanted to speak with the manager. To my shock, she stated the same thing the waitress said. Despite me telling her I had nothing but dressing in the bowl, she would not remove the charge. I couldn't believe it!! $3.95 for a couple tablespoons of ranch that they offer for free if they bring it to you in their plastic containers!! They have lost a new customer who comes regularly to this town. I didn't complain about the waitress forgetting our drinks. Maybe I should have gotten the rest of the missing "salad" to go. Horrible customer service!! Be careful of your charges!

I called to order a build your own pizza BBQ as the sauce and with cheese chicken and sausage. Got upsold to a BBQ chicken pizza add sausage. I said that I wanted to substitute the Alfredo sauce on the pizza for BBQ sauce was told to hold on to make sure they could do it. She got back on the phone and said no Alfredo sauce on the pizza. And I said instead of Alfredo I want BBQ sauce. Long story short I got a pizza with no sauce whatsoever on the bottom and a drizzle of BBQ on top of the pizza. What I did get tastes good but it definitely wasent what I wanted. I'd rather be told no then told yes and then not get what I asked for.
