This is the second time my drink has come with it leaked out in the bottom the top was securely on so I know it didn’t spill out the top the last time I tried to call about it the girl was so rude and she was the manager highly disappointed considering my drink is a $14 drink

I just want to say thank you to Hartsville Starbucks. I never have to worry about my drinks not being made correctly. I always get chai tea and you guys are the only one who consistently make it correctly. I’ve gotten five PS chias since it came out this week and today was the first one that tasted perfect and it’s the first one I’ve gotten this year in Hartsville. I love you guys!!
I also want to say I never complain about them being made wrong anywhere I just leave in sadness. But I always leave Hartaville with a huge smile 😊

I went through the drive through and asked for a drink comparable to the cans of Starbucks triple shot. They came up with an iced Vanilla Expresso with 4 shots. I got a large.

I frequent this Starbucks location and I am consistently impressed with the quality of their coffee and the exceptional service. The baristas here have truly mastered the art of coffee making. Every drink I’ve ordered has been delicious, but the standout for me is the Carmen Frappuccino. This particular location gets it right every single time, which is no small feat given its unique blend of flavors and textures.
The Carmen Frappuccino is a delightful mix that balances sweetness with a rich coffee taste, topped off with the perfect amount of whipped cream. I’ve had this drink at other Starbucks locations, but none compare to the consistency and perfection I find here. The staff at this Starbucks are always friendly and efficient, ensuring that my orders are prepared quickly without compromising quality.
The ambiance is also inviting, with comfortable seating and a cozy atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax, work, or catch up with friends. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, as the space is always tidy and well-maintained.
This Starbucks location is my go-to for consistently excellent coffee and exceptional service, especially when I’m craving the Carmel Frappe, I highly recommend!
