Staff is extremely poor actually, I ordered a simple coffee and despite there was no traffic, it took them 10 minutes. Extremely poor coordination between the staff administration these to look into that.

One star for this Starbucks. I spent around $60 on drinks for my friends and family. When I came back less than an hour later to study, I just wanted a water. Apparently, that's against the rules and the employees would get in trouble. Not their fault, but seriously, what a ridiculous policy from management.
