This place is absolute trash, customer service they are so disrespectful. Left a scratch on my hand because I told them that I needed a Chalupa not a crunch wrap so they snatched it on my hand and threw it directly in the trash. Had a huge attitude were cussing don’t go here.

My father who’s 69 years old went in and was told he had to order via a kiosk while 4 employees stood there and let him ask for help and no one would help him place his order. He ended up leaving with nothing and no one cared because they don’t care if Taco Bell makes money they collect a check anyway.

I really use to like taco bell but now the good service has gone out the window. When I eat fast food I've come to expect there to be at least one thing that won't be to my liking. Boy was I wrong... There wasn't one single part of my order that was correct. Everything I wanted I didn't get but the stuff I didnt want i got. Even had to adjust the price at the end because she distracted ringing me up and added 2 extra tacos. No napkins, no taco sauce, no straws or a spork. Even the things she asked me about like the taco sauce, still didn't get it. They gotta do better.
