Usually the food is good, but the past few times I’ve been there, I always get short changed on Chili and my nuggets. Every time I order a large, it’s always missing a third and usually ten piece nuggets are only seven or six. Idk who has been hired to handle prepping the food, but they need to talked with about the shortchange of food

Food is usually good, when you get what you order. Service can be hit or miss - drive thru workers are typically not very friendly. Mobile orders or deliveries typically have incorrect items or missing items - especially wrong drinks. Any special requests or changes to a menu item are usually ignored. Wendy's is, by far, my favorite fast food chain - but this one is less than the best.

Just ordered food from the Wendy's in hartsville south Carolina and didn't get one of my meals and it was a mobile order and when I call the store they pick up and then hang up within 12 seconds very bad customer service
I love Wendy's because I always get one of two things... The $5, sometimes the $6 biggie bag, or either I get the Caesar Salad 🥗. They also have the most amazing iced coffee ever!! And I could get 5 of Wendy's iced coffees versus not even a medium sized Starbucks coffee. So... Yeah it's a super easy decision, plain common sense.
Vegetarian options: It'd be easy and extremely appetizing for vegetarians to have a wide selection of options to satisfy their needs and wants. Their taste buds will be thrilled.
Dietary restrictions: No matter what your dietary restrictions are, Wendy's is sure to have multiple options to satisfy your cravings.
Parking: It's easy to find a place to park.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely 💯
Wheelchair accessibility: Very nice and wide area for wheelchair accessibility.

I ordered drive thru in my app and my friend went to get it. When she went to get it they said it was a door dash order and they had already given the order to someone else. My friend even saw the order pop up on the screen it was MY order. When we showed the workers the receipt with the location of Hartsville on the receipt they said they would not remake the order. After calling up there they insisted that I never ordered up there. So now I'm out of food and they took my money.

Ordered on the app, late night. Dining room was closed. Picked up in the drive thru. Took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. When I got to the window one of my items was unavailable. I was offered a chili in it's place . I agreed but when I got home I realized I was given a SMALL chili. The price of a LARGE chili would have been closer to (but still less than) the price of the unavailable item. This is just one instance. I've had so many other issues with this store - missing items in my orders, paper in my sandwich, VERY SLOW...

If you your family or friends decide to eat here think twice I made a visit here recently and the customer service was trash I ordered from the drive through along with my children and was truly disappointed my drink was wrong and they wouldn't change it out the dru through worker pounded his fist on the window rolling his eyes with a nasty attitude very disrespectful i fought for my country telling me he is not going to change it out to make it right and refused to get the manager on Duty no one deserves this kind of treatment and the food was not hot please do not eat here there are other great places in hartsville this is definitely not one of them Yes Hartsville SC im truly surprised I actually love shopping here if i could rate it with no Stars i would deserves none
