Went in for lunch and we were very satisfied with the food. Our server was Brad and him and his mom are a breath of fresh air in this establishment. The place was packed with a crowd after church but our glasses never got empty and he stopped by our table several times to see if we were ok. He was an exceptional server and I hope they keep Brad around. See ya soon Brad.

The waitress did not take our drink order until AFTER we had our food for a while. When we got ready to pay they had a service charge on our ticket to give the waitress and didn't tell us about it whenever we already gave her money! Better check your ticket!

My family and I have been here a few times and always had a great experience. The service was great, food was fresh, and the restaurant is relatively well kept. Takeout is a bit expensive so I'd recommend dining in if you can.

Beware when preparing a togo plate, tried to charge me extra due to a piece of my wonton sticking out of the plate. Price went from $11.95 to $15 for “overpacking the plate” I told them to keep that! I would drive to Konnichiwa in Florence first and pay less for a bigger plate!

Winn buffet is located in a large plaza, so there is plenty of parking. Most of the popular chicken styles were available (Sesame, General Tso, Orange). There is a small selection of seafood (Crab, Shrimp, Salmon). The salmon was delicious. A variety of sweets were also on display. The size of the restaurant is smaller than most buffets, but this aligns with the size of this smaller town. The restaurant is a bit dark but clean. The waiter was nice. The price is slightly high for a smaller buffet. The same price as the larger branded buffets. Overall, it was a nice experience

If you want to be insulted by their staff this is the place to go been married to my husband for 16 years and our server approached our table and begin to tell my husband that just because you’re in a corner booth with a beautiful woman doesn’t mean you can put your hands under the table and starts laughing. I’ve never felt so degraded in all my life I asked to speak to the owner and told her what was said, she looked at me and my husband laughed and did nothing said nothing refused to help in anyway would definitely not be going back. Also keep in mind we didn’t know this server never meet her in our life!!! My husband felt very uncomfortable and degraded like she was trying to paint him as a pervert, horrible experience

Food is old, mushy and cold most of the time. If the staff bring out new food, they pour it in and mix it thoroughly with the old food. They don’t keep the food temps up to regulations. They keep it low and constantly mix it until it gets busy and then they just toss a little new food into that old food and mix it some more. No new pan or utensils. Husband threw up after we ate here. Don’t waste your money.
