Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Not bad at all taste better then I thought it would recommend them over Cains.

We typically frequent this location, but have now stopped. We have seen one or more mice in the dining room on at least three separate occasions within the span of three months. Each time we were dining in the evening. We have let employees at the store know and even emailed the corporate office. We are concerned and disappointed that the rodent issue has not been addressed.

I went to the Hartsville store drive through and ordered a 10 tenders and payed for a 10 tinders drove home twenty minutes away and when I arrived home I discovered I had only gotten a big Zac snack, that store hires the most incompetent people to work there of any other store I have ever been to, that will be my last stop ever at that location

Not too bad. Service has improved a little bit. But the wait is still too long. One of the slowest Zaxby I have been to, yet I keep coming back lol.

Arrived to Zaxbys at 5:49pm today waiting in line to order. Right at 5:58pm a Zaxbys associate came out and stated they close at 6:00pm....SMH....I was not allowed to order. First time I received bad customer service.

Came in for a kickin sandwich meal with a large sweet tea and got unsweet tea... go figure. Then I get home and open the sandwich and it is literally laying in a puddle of ranch the depth of the bread. This is my problem with workers at fast food wanting 15 dollars an hour when the majority of aren't worth 7.25. If you hate your job so bad that you can't get an order correct and made right then get another job.

Very disappointed. My husband and I eat here all the time and literally every time we go we pay for extra sauces which are left out the bag. I never complain or write reviews, I just walk inside and ask for my sauces. Today I ordered a Mr beast box and paid for 4 extra sauces and a 3 pack of cookies and upgraded my fry to a large. Did not receive the cookies or sauces, and there was literally 7 fries in my box. I am so sick of paying for stuff and not getting it. Stuff costs too much nowadays for me to just let it go anymore. And it’s always this particular branch I have issues with.

Little disappointed in the chicken bacon ranch. Not what I have gotten in past at other locations. This one was light on toppings.
