The service was outstanding. I didn’t have to ask for a refill because the waitress brought a new cup to me before I could even get halfway through my drink. They are very friendly and welcoming here. It’s cozy and intimate here. I felt like I was eating at an old friend’s house instead of a restaurant. The food here is always fabulous!

The pizza was genuinely excellent and they have a great selection of choices.
What stood out even more than the food, though, was the kindness of the staff. They were warm, patient, and welcoming without being intrusive. When they learned our dinner party recently lost someone close, their response was simple but heartfelt. They accepted our dinner party of 12 reservations and had the food prepared as expected and on time. This took the pressure off of a family that traveled from 3 states to honor their love one. They offered sincere condolences and made sure everything about the visit felt easy and comfortable. In moments like that, small gestures matter. A friendly conversation, a genuine smile, and a hot slice of really good pizza can go a long way. The cinnamon knots were the best hit!!! it’s a combination that deserves recognition and appreciate the team going out of their way to serve this family.

The pizza was great. I worked in NYC where pizza is our thing, but this place was as close as I have experienced outside NYC. My wife and I appreciated our young server, who checked in regularly without being intrusive. We will become their new regular.

We got pizza here the other day and it was delicious and hot! We used to get it when they were in Heath Springs and it’s always been delicious! I hate they moved but I definitely understand. They got a bigger space now that they’re in Lancaster to serve more customers. Honestly they’re worth a 30 minute drive from us in Kershaw. Wonderful place with sweet staff. I definitely recommend the cinnamon knots 🤤, the butter at the bottom of the box with the cinnamon sugar is so freaking good. Honestly I’ve never had anything bad here and will continue trying everything on their menu. They also have dessert pizzas now which I plan on trying. Also get you a cup of their homade ranch to eat with your pizza. YUM YUM YUM!! Everything Is still fresh and delicious when we drive 30 minutes back home to eat it. Definitely recommend 🍕
Best pizza hands down in this town , possibly the best pizza I've ever had ! The superior pizza is our favorite. Completely loaded with toppings they do not skimp ! You can also tell that they take their time with their dough, the crust comes out airy and soft and crisp all at once it's so good. My picky 5 year old even likes the superior if that says anything 🤣 keep up the great quality work yall ! Staff is also great !

This is the 1st time myself & wife decided to try Heath Springs for a pizza hearing how great their pizza was from word of mouth. I ordered a Meatball & Mushroom Large Pizza & a Large garden salad. I was in shock when I picked up the pizza it was so small & I asked the attendant is this a large pizza? She asked the kitchen & they stated yes it's a large pizza. I was still in shock. The bill total was $30.00. The salad was $7.99 not a bad salad but for that price I could have made a salad much cheaper. The meat balls were sliced thick & were tasty, however I'm still in a state of shock on the size of the pizza. I originally wanted to order a tomatoe,basil, garlic & meatball large pizza. The attendant stated we dont have fresh basil, or garlic, so we skipped that pizza. My assumption is this is not the type of pizza parlor I want to shop at unless additions & the size of the pizza is larger than what I received & paid for on 11/22/25.

Heath Springs Pizzeria was the perfect choice for our back-to-school social event, “Slice to Meet You.” We had a large group of teachers, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and incredibly accommodating for such a big party.
