Be warned! The batter of the acai bowls are premade, hard, and have little flavor or texture. For the price of $13+ it’s really not worth it at all. It was one of the most disappointing acai experiences.

Becoming my own personal tradition and highlights of my trips to Hilton Head, grabbing a poke bowl (because no else in my family is wild about it), maybe even an açaí bowl and enjoying it while my kids play at the lowcountry celebration park across the street. It’s either an easy walk or there’s a nice pick up window where you can order ahead of you want to picnic at the park. Great poke. Fresh and delicious. Definitely one of my happy places on HHi.

I love poke and this review and the star have nothing to do with the quality of the Poke, it was great. However, $19 for a large bowl of poke that is no bigger than others regular is outrageous. This could have been my go on Hilton Head but will be my never go back until the owner gets a clue on pricing.

Amazing and authentic! You walk in and feel like you’re in Hawaii! Everything on the menu sounded delicious. Our group had one of each of the signature bowls, seaweed salad and a creat your own bowl. One in our group has a strict nutrition plan and we needing something changed out and they were very accommodating to our request! Top notch service!

The bowl was really good. The fish was prepared well and the toppings were fresh. I was also happy to see that it was a fairly large portion. While it was a little pricey for a regular bowl of food, it’s pretty standard for a poke bowl so I’m not complaining.

Al’s uses really fresh and delicious fruits in their Açaí bowl, the Palmalu is my favorite, especially with a little suncash butter on top!! So good!

The staff is awesome and attentive, the food is absolutely delicious and the prices are acceptable. My wife and i love this place enough to drive 1.5 hours from Wilmington Island in Savanah to eat here. So many great things to say about this place, you will not regret visiting Al's!!!

You know that great feeling when you buy an iPhone and they no longer include a charger? Ready to experience that same thrill but with Poke? The fish isn't included!Look closely at that menu when you walk in and notice that a Poke bowl doesn't include fish if you make your own. It includes rice and toppings but not the key ingredient which makes Poke...Poke!We still got a large bowl of poke, which was fine. I added a picture, but you can't see the fish beneath the sauce. It was not a large portion, but the flavors were passable.I also had an acai bowl, which was very nice. Good fruits and a balance but lacking some tartness. They also hard freeze the acai blend, which makes me think that delivery is the way to go. Dining in left me chipping away chunks to suck on throughout the dinner.Decent. But 2 stars for being the used car dealership version of Poke.
