Stopped in for lunch before a wedding, and while the staff was absolutely amazing (seriously, they made the experience so much better), the food just didn’t live up to the hype I read in the reviews. I ordered the carne asada tacos—two tacos, but enough meat to fill four. Unfortunately, the flavor was missing. The meat wasn’t seasoned, and the beans fell flat too. The margarita was solid, but overall, the authenticity just wasn’t there. Bottom line: staff = 10/10, food = not quite it for me.

This is THE go to place for great Mexican food on Hilton Head! You can’t beat their chicken or steak fajita burrito with a side of queso and green salsa!!! Oh yes and don’t forget their awesome margarita!! I highly recommend!!!

Their chips, salsa and queso are really stand out. Delicious! You place your order and the counter and then someone brings your order to you. This doesn’t seem like the best model because we found ourselves constantly needing more things like napkins, plastic ware and condiments. I would think having servers would be better. It was strange that the kids quesadilla didn’t include any condiments like sour cream because they don’t think kids would like it. It’s a lot of food, though, for kids so you can safely share meals and save some money.
