A hidden gem on the island! (Ignore the construction. No sign of it inside!) Excellent food, excellent service and such a great dining room. Great brewed tea. Husband loved his Nashville Chicken and I really enjoyed my barbecue salad. Do not leave without dessert. The key lime may be the best ever! The white chocolate banana pudding is also a winner! We will return again soon! Want to try the Chicken and French Toast and the Oyster Basket with vinegar slaw next time. Thanks, Annie O’s!

Always wanted to try this out of the way restaurant as I seldom go to anything that is a Serg but prefer locals. There lunch time deals and chicken is great, dinner overpriced for the service and quality. Sorry things do change. My friend was disappointed. Just my opinion.

Always wanted to try this out of the way restaurant as I seldom go to anything that is a Serg but prefer locals. Boy was I surprised. The chicken was without a doubt the best I've ever had. Huge breasts very moist. Perfectly done. Nothing around here is even close. My wife loves soft shell crabs, being from MD we know how they should be. Being in season and almost at the end we tried Hudson's first. Well horrible and very very light no flavor. In my opinion the worst we have had ever. Then Sliders in Old Town. To my surprise very good and a steal for the price. Definitely a second. Now for Annie's, again the best we had had even better than anything in Md. Considering it's the end of the season it was very heavy in weight and perfectly done. The owner even told me it wasn't as heavy as the SC ones in the beginning of the season. WOW. I can only imagine because I can't see how they could be better. So I definitely will return. Wish they are closer but 30 minutes away is worth it. Now to try the rest on the menu. If you haven't tried them your in for a great surprise. Our owner was out server and couldn't be nicer.

I had the most incredible softshell crab there today! My friend and I ordered them both sautéed and fried, and we shared one of each. Definitely coming back!

Don’t miss this gem! Nashville hot chicken, greens, Mac and cheese were all out of the world good. Small mom and pop place that deserves more diners! Thank you!

We stopped in during restaurant week-ordered from their restaurant week sampling menu. We ordered the deviled eggs and prime rib chili as appetizers, then had the braised short rib and the chicken and biscuit offerings -everything was delicious!
Our server(Katelynn) was the hostess, waitress, and busser,, and she did it all with a smile. A highly recommend!

While away on a work retreat we visited Annie O's Kitchen. Hilton Head in the winter is very quiet but thankfully Annie O's Kitchen was open. After a long day of productive work Annie O's hit the spot. While waiting on our order I asked for some water and I received a cute little mason jar or water. The food was on point and we would definitely visit again.

My sister & I had dark meat fried chicken. It had a nice crispy coat, but didn’t have any flavor.

Not a friendly staff. We were the only ones there. I read the reviews before going. I was looking for a southern Gullah style cuisine. The woman took our order the counter when we walked in and my friend payed for it and she asked "'do you want to leave a tip?", I said "we haven't been served yet ". My friend had the Shrimp and grits and told the chef they were good, he just looked at him and smiled. I had the barbecue chicken salad,; it was okay and the Fried green tomatoes topped with blackened shrimp. The shrimp was excellent, the fried green tomatoes were cut thick , not seasoned, did not enjoy.

Very pleasant. The food was very good. Drove up the outside was misleading what inside was like. Will definitely go back.
