We were visiting HH from Ohio. We wanted to grab some fresh fish to cook at the condo we were staying at. So glad we did. Grouper and shrimp were amazing. Service was great too!

We bought crab cakes, stone crab, scallops, shrimp and grouper fish . Every Thing was wonderful! The freshest most flavorful seafood we have had during our time on Hilton Head Island.Thank you!
A must every time we come to Hilton Head. We usually go twice. The local SC shrimp are fantastic. Best place on the Island for fresh seafood. Make sure you go when you're in town!

Authentic spot
Barnacle Bill's is always a treat. The Red Snapper and shrimp were fresh and I was delighted, even though there wasn't much of a selection. I went around 1pm and they were down to 4 types of fish and some shrimp. It's a fun place where they have all of the fish in coolers. There is some seasoning available to buy.
Great place, nice guy running it(funny too). Fish was super fresh and well priced. The only reason for the 1 star less was because of the grouper i got. It had some of those white worms in the filet, i know i know.. Not the guys fault ?. But other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended.

This is a MUST visit for anyone who enjoys fresh seafood. As Greg says: 1 star location (which I politely disagree with - the little shack has character) with 5 star product (which is accurate!). Get there right at 10am when they open to get all the fresh choices.
I come here 2 or 3 times a week when I’m here on vacation. I prefer to and my own than to eat at any of the touristy spots. Good people, good prices, amazing product.
