My husband, 5 year old, 3 year old, 18 month old and I visited on a Friday afternoon about 4 PM for an early dinner after hitting the beach all afternoon! Jess was our server and she was amazing - answered all our questions and was super accommodating and welcoming! This was our second visit to Big Bamboo Cafe. Jess was our waitress, and we were wanting for nothing. She was attentive, courteous, and prompt. We wanted a great margarita and this place does not disappoint. Fresh and delicious, it just tasted fresh and not from a mix. We enjoyed our appetizers and the live music on the top balcony area. We plan to revisit next time we are in Hilton Head. Thanks, Jess for a great meal!

Shout out to Will the late night bartender! He's attentive even in the hectic busy moments. He's caring and concerened. Bamboo has amazing food, and even better staff! Love you guys, and we'll make itout again the next chance we have.
