We ate dinner here the night we arrived at the Hilton. We liked the ambience and lounge style seating area. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our meal. I ordered a Caesar salad. The salad dressing was commercially made and I was allergic to it... I wrongly assumed they would make their own dressing... my fault. The chowder was absolutely terrible... no seafood flavor, just super thick and bland cream soup. The crabcakes were ok, nothing spectacular. However, the shrimp cocktail was fresh and delicious. Overall, it's somewhat mediocre hotel food with a few special touches, but very convenient to have a restaurant on-site. We would probably eat here again but order different items.

I had a great time at the Blue Bar and Restaurant at the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa! The burger was delicious, and the gluten-free bun was top-notch—a perfect option for those with dietary needs. The crab bisque was another highlight: rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, topped with generous lump crab meat. The drinks were on point, too! This place is a fantastic late-night spot, especially when you’re hanging out on vacation. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Great place for a very nice dinner after a long day at the pools/beach. The menu was great, the daily specialties were awesome and they have great drink choices. The staff was very nice. I absolutely loved the place. Loved the coconut shrimp appetizer! A must if you go. The filet was ordered medium and cooked perfectly.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of options and the server even called out specifically that if we have any diet needs or allergies to let her know and the chef would work with us.
Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with coloring and crayons.

We sat down at 12:30pm for lunch. There were maybe 3 tables of people in the entire restaurant. We ordered all the food by 12:45pm (I ordered cauliflower app and spinach salad). I had a spa appointment at 2 downstairs and figured an hour and a half for lunch would be plenty. At 1:25 (40 min later!) none of us even had an appetizer! They brought out my salad after we asked explaining I would need to leave soon but when I left at 1:40 only half the table had their food and my appetizer still hadn’t come! We ordered things like sandwiches salads and plain pasta for the kids—absurd that it took an hour to only bring half of it with the restaurant being virtually empty! We’ve eaten here a few times this past week and it’s been slow but today was outrageously slow. Also when they made my father in laws salad wrong they charged us twice to bring the correct item!

I think the bad reviews are because this used to be Marriot, maybe it was bad then, it's Hilton now...we were really happy! I have food restrictions and chef Lance came out to discuss with me and made me a really delicious meal. Our server David was very accommodating. My guests had the grouper sandwich and lava cake, I had the blackened mahi tacos. Fresh fish, great sides.

The food was absolutely delicious!! We had the turkey burger, waffle fries, fried cauliflower accented with an onion and cabbage mixture that Chef Lancelot ( “Lance”) let us in on a little secret about! ?. Sofija, our Server was absolutely delightful with a very sweet disposition about her. Friendly and inviting atmosphere. We’re leaving tomorrow but MUST have dinner there again tonight!

Very nice experience, the decor is very clean and pleasing to the eye, the food was excellent. Our waiter Dave was very pleasant and the chef even came out to see how our food was. Would definitely go back again.!!!!
The negative part for me started when I ordered. I made sure to say BONELESS buffalo wings to our server, as the menu had the option for either or. I noticed he didn’t write it on his pad. So I said, again, please make sure they are boneless. I ordered a side of fries, separate from the wings as it was only an appetizer option.Food comes out- bone IN and no wings. Server doesn’t check on us for around 20 minutes. It wouldn’t have been a big deal to me if I hadn’t already said it twice.Our server was also at least 65 so I felt bad and didn’t say anything about neither the wings or missing fries, but c’mon.
