Hot dog was literally taken from superstore pack .. old .. and not even grilled .. it was cold ..

My wife and I came in late and it was still open. We were seated quickly. Seating was quaint and comfortable. Server was prompt and nice. When the food came they forgot to give us silverware and had to track down a waiter. I ordered the Cuban sandwich which was to have smoked ham, pork belly, pickles, and spicy mustard with melted swiss cheese. My sandwich had a small slice of ham, and more cheese then meat and that's all....it was a snack for a child at best. My wife had the Shrimp and grits this meal was dinner size and was exactly as described and was delicious...I tried asking about my sandwich and was told it was correct though the server had a hard time understanding what I was trying to ask.

Server was wonderful and wasn’t loud inside a smaller eating space. Food was pretty good but nothing exceptional. Great for an easy bite if you are staying near the resort. You don’t have to be. Hotel guest to eat there

I don't know what was worse. The food or the service! they greeted us as soon as we got there, which was nice. They seated us at a table right away. It wasn't busy. That should have been my first thought
The waiter came over, and he was amazingly friendly. Although he didn't seem to know the menu as well as he should
My wife got the chicken club, and she said that the chicken tasted funny, and it had a strange smell to it, so i'm assuming it was bad
I opted for mai fish tacos, and they were horrible. They tasted extremely fishy and overcooked. So much to the point where I barely ate any of it. The french fries were good, I'll give him that
Our waiter came to the table and took our order. And that was the last time we saw him. We never got any refills on water or beverages
I certainly would not go back even if it were free

Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else. Waiter could barely understand us. Made sure he understood we were ordering a Filet SteakMedium Rare. It still came out well done with a ceaser salad that had no dressing. Sent the steak back but had to wait 5 minutes for manager to come see the steak at the table. Took another 30 minutes for it to come back and it was well done again. Just dealt with it at that point. No one checked to make sure it came out right or seemed to care. Would not eat here again.

Not bad for a hotel restaurant. Ate here a few different times during our vacation. Drink pricing can be a bit much, but I guess that is what you get for not needing to drive anywhere.

We were in for dinner, everything was way over spiced. Chicken so dry it could have been used for kindling. We ordered drinks that needed coconut rum and they substituted some low shelf crap that tasted hideous. 13 bucks for a small glass drink made poorly is a joke. Maybe change the name from blue to brown, that would at least be a fair warning.

My expectations were low, and it was still disappointing. Fast food quality, terrible service. You’ll have a better meal at subway or Pizza Hut, that’s the bar and Blue is not there yet…
Had the shrimp tacos, grouper sandwich and kids cheeseburger. All the food was delicious and made to order. Our server was super friendly and accommodating.

We ate dinner here the night we arrived at the Hilton. We liked the ambience and lounge style seating area. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our meal. I ordered a Caesar salad. The salad dressing was commercially made and I was allergic to it... I wrongly assumed they would make their own dressing... my fault. The chowder was absolutely terrible... no seafood flavor, just super thick and bland cream soup. The crabcakes were ok, nothing spectacular. However, the shrimp cocktail was fresh and delicious. Overall, it's somewhat mediocre hotel food with a few special touches, but very convenient to have a restaurant on-site. We would probably eat here again but order different items.

I had a great time at the Blue Bar and Restaurant at the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa! The burger was delicious, and the gluten-free bun was top-notch—a perfect option for those with dietary needs. The crab bisque was another highlight: rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, topped with generous lump crab meat. The drinks were on point, too! This place is a fantastic late-night spot, especially when you’re hanging out on vacation. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Great place for a very nice dinner after a long day at the pools/beach. The menu was great, the daily specialties were awesome and they have great drink choices. The staff was very nice. I absolutely loved the place. Loved the coconut shrimp appetizer! A must if you go. The filet was ordered medium and cooked perfectly.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of options and the server even called out specifically that if we have any diet needs or allergies to let her know and the chef would work with us.
Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with coloring and crayons.
Very good food! Highly recommend.
