We ate dinner here the night we arrived at the Hilton. We liked the ambience and lounge style seating area. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our meal. I ordered a Caesar salad. The salad dressing was commercially made and I was allergic to it... I wrongly assumed they would make their own dressing... my fault. I had a great time at the Blue Bar and Restaurant at the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa! The burger was delicious, and the gluten-free bun was top-notch—a perfect option for those with dietary needs. The crab bisque was another highlight: rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, topped with generous lump crab meat. The drinks were on point, too! This place is a fantastic late-night spot, especially when you’re hanging out on vacation. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Great place for a very nice dinner after a long day at the pools/beach. The menu was great, the daily specialties were awesome and they have great drink choices. The staff was very nice. I absolutely loved the place. Loved the coconut shrimp appetizer! A must if you go. The filet was ordered medium and cooked perfectly.
