Taco was delish especially with their salsa. Nothing fancy just simple street style food. They only take cash too

We biked over to Cabritos Mexican Restaurant from our Airbnb. They are cash only so we weren't sure but did end up having enough cash to eat there. The food was good. The service was good.

Very slow service. Had to use a translator app to order food. 2 of us eating, had to remind our server about food we didn't receive. They apparently didn't understand that two people wanted two orders of food. Never received the second order, ended up just closing the tab and leaving. Very very large language barrier. Better off going to the McDonald's down the road. There was also someone who seemed to be heavily intoxicated and kept yelling and screaming. Either an employee or a friend of the restaurant. Kept pushing chairs and screaming. Very unprofessional.

If you want authentic tacos, this is your place. They are fantastic. I tried just about every one of them. Prices are great as well.
Try the different sauces they put on the table. They add a ton of flavor.
Not sure if the AC works or not but it was pretty warm in there both visits. But, If I’m in town again, I will be back for sure.

Parking: Not many spots out front it seems but I went before any rush, so I was able to find one.

I have worked on Hilton Head Island for 7 years. I have a hard time finding good food. I know what good food is supposed to taste like. The chicken Torta from here is better than anywhere I have ever had one.

The best tacos in Bluffton and the island

We're from Minneapolis, where East Lake Street has some of the best Mexican food in the Midwest. And for a second I thought I was at my favorite place eating tacos. They being all the fixings for your tacos out to the table. Huge fan, will be back.

Tacos were incredible, they had all the toppings, even pineapple which isn't common. The waiter was helpful and patient. Absolutely worth it.Very very well priced too!

We went on a Tuesday night at 9. We were the only patrons at first. The kids in the group were weary of ordering from the slightly off color pictures in the menu, but when the first round of tacos came out they were asking the waiter to keep them coming. The steak tacos were by far the favorite of the night. By the time we were leaving, many of the tables were full with patrons. If you like more authentic Mexican food, this is a must visit. We will certainly be stopping by again.One thing to note is that this is a Cash only establishment, however, there is a gas station next door with an ATM ($3 fee).

Kid-friendliness: Provided kids section of the menu. Our kids loved the tacos and Juatitos soda.

If it weren't for the name, I wouldn't have visited the place since the food has a different style of cooking and although it is seen that they do dances in the place... it seems too small for me to have a large event despite the advertisements I saw on the place and another very important factor for every restaurant...the bathroom...is not equipped for a public place...I hope they take action on the matter...regards...
