Carolina Crab Co

My wife and I had dinner here and were very disappointed. We were seated near the bar since that was the only area available, and unfortunately, things went downhill from there. We waited quite a while for our server and had to track her down just to get silverware.

To make matters worse, there was a young man at the bar yelling and screaming profanities, making the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Even more disturbing, we witnessed a waitress jokingly or perhaps seriously trying to get the young man to drink from the dishwasher, which was completely inappropriate.

Overall, it was an uncomfortable and regrettable experience. We had hoped for a nice evening out, but left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

3 years and counting. Food is great and always fresh. Great Bar atmosphere. Bartenders and servers are amazing. And a knowledgeable kitchen staff makes a big difference.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! I’ve been here a few times but this time blew me away I had to review.
Our waitress was so kind and when I told her I had an allergy she went out of her way to make sure i could eat something with no reaction. She was funny and conversed with my husband and I the whole time. I had the crab legs and they were one of the best in my opinion on the island. The view is gorgeous here and there’s a shop and live music.

Jayla was excellent. Good luck with nursing school. You’re going to be a great nurse. Get the crab stuffed flounder and get the shrimp and grits!

Food is great! My husband and I visit every time we are at HHI. Their clams strips are the best we have EVER had. The hush puppies are delicious as well. This visit I tried their crab cake from the waiters suggestion. It was this "Marylander" approved! Thanks Rich for the recommendation and great service! See you on the next visit.

Perfect we drove a hour to visit this location and enjoyed it, AMBER was amazing i actually asked for a rubber band to move my hair out of my way to keep seafood from getting in hair she actually offered hers, I enjoyed everything about this place reasonably priced , food was perfect i highly recommend

Our visit to Carolina Crab was very enjoyable. The service was very friendly and they had Great boils, Snow Crab Legs, Shrimp, She Crab Soup were all very delicious and tasty. The atmosphere was wonderful right on the marina with a great view. We will be back next time on our trip to HHI!! Thank you for the great service and food. :)

The food and service were great. We ate outdoors. The live music was so loud you couldn't talk to one another. The great meal would have been much better without the music that was entirely to loud. We sat as far away as we could but it was still toooo loud.

Crab cakes are delicious! Very family friendly restaurant as well. My girls loved the fried shrimp and the menus with picture to color was a huge hit for them! Loved the patio!

Our host ,Dave, was incredible. We told him it was our first time on the island . He spent his own time to write down and bring us a whole itinerary of things to see and do. Complete with maps and tide charts.
Sat down with us at our tableto explain everything.
