Carabbas is my favorite chain restaurant but I never visit the Hilton Head location because it is terrible. We decided to try again tonight with only curb side only. The order was supposed to be ready at 5:38 45 minutes later still no food. We called when we pulled up and the lady (rude) said they were working on our order, this would have been an ideal time to say half the things we ordered was unavailable. Finally a person comes out and tells us half the things we ordered were not available finally we said cancel the order after waiting almost an hour. Run don’t walk to another restaurant!!!!!!

This is the 2nd time we have tried this carrabba's restaurant. 1st time we ordered the mussels, they obviously were not fresh from the smell I couldn't even eat them, now this time being we love carrabba's near are home town we decided to give it another chance. Uh no.. we were seated for 25 minutes and no one got out drink order nor the special menu that is inside the regular menu. Finally had to ask to speak with manager to even get our drink order. We finally ordered salad came out with no cheese, our main course came out and it was burnt! While eating we watched a waiter drop something on the floor and walk away leaving it, went to the bathroom there was no paper towels yet they were sitting on the counter in water. Trash over flowing. Then our bill comes and its $40 extra that they cannot explain from where or how it's more, we will definitely not be back

We did come about 30 mins before closing but service and food could have been better. My plate was cold upon getting it and server seemed to not really care. My coworkers plate was fair.

Great food as usual. Love this location. Staff is friendly and attentive. We noticed Tim the manager greeting each table personally, that really stood out to us.

Awesome zucchini frites and chicken Bryan. Love this particular restaurant and location for its fast friendly service and great atmosphere. Also a plus it’s open for lunch.

Awesome food,drinks and staff make this place a regular eatery for my family and friends! My recommendation is the Chicken Bryan. I love everything on the menu but that is my ultimate favorite. I usually try something different each time but I always get an order to go. This place just gets better with every visit.

Been coming to this restaurant for 12 years. We enjoyed it at first, but quality has been going down and prices going up. Not the same food that they use to have. Today was our last time there. Waitress forgot our food, the bread was reheated and came without the spices that they suppose to have, my soup came together with the food...and I can keep going. One more restaurant to scratch off the list.
