Charbar Co. Burgers & Sushi

Stopped there 3 times, once for dinner, then a crab leg lunch & finally evening milkshake.

Breakfast burger is one of the best burgers I have ever had. Must eat at hilton head. If you love burgers you will not be disappointed and will want to come back for more.

We are new to HHI and still trying to find our way around. Charbar was a little hard to find but well with the effort.

One of the best Shrimp Burgers I've had. Me and my coworkers grab lunch from here often. The food is always great and exactly as ordered. The burgers are worth the price and quite fulfilling. Most of the burgers are customizable, so I switched the Focaccia for Brioche on my Blackened Shrimp Burger. The Old Bay Aioli is a great flavorful addition to the dish and blends well with the shrimp. The fries are good as well. Will definitely continue to order from here often.

Burger was clearly just a frozen patty, not freshly made or anything. Ordered it medium and it came rare. Some of the worst restaurant food I've had.

Burgers were amazing here, the beef itself was phenomenal. Sushi was very basic and incredibly overpriced. Service could use some help, it was incredibly slow and not great communication with anyone.

The service was great and the burger was one of the best I’ve ever had, if not the best. This is a must stop if you ever visit Hilton Head Island.

Had a late lunch at the Charbar on 11/21. Our server Jorge took excellent care of us even though we were the only two people on the patio. The Slammin' Salmon, fried green tomatoes and the sweet potato tots were all wonderful. Be sure to add the Charbar to your list of places to try when you're in Hilton Head ????

Went for sushi. Rice was so sticky. I could not even respond when the server asked me how it was. But she insisted on asking four questions in a row when she could clearly see that I could not chew the sticky rice. I gave it back ordered a cheeseburger, medium well mind you. When it came, it was barely medium at best. Honestly, server came by and asked me how it was and I stated it was better than the sushi. Why should I settle, though? I am certainly not cheap when it comes to food. I’ll pay gladly for any decent meal. I travel all the time and experience a multitude of both service experiences and culinary discernment. Do you know she had the nerve to ask me if that little piece that I left laying there was the part of the hamburger that was undone properly? For the life of me I can’t decide why I didn’t say, “yes why of course! The chef clearly only wanted to leave this part undone. Ack!!

Interesting place for burgers and sushi! We've been to HHI many times but this was our first time checking this place out and we loved it! Casual and good eats

Great Burgers and sushi. Literally something for everyone in the family. Love Charbar Co.!

Service was good the food was very average. I ordered the Baja chicken wrap and it was filled mostly with shredded lettuce. There was very little chicken in it. Very disappointing. With so many excellent places to eat on the island, we will not return.
