We continue to be impressed by the entire dining experience at this Hilton Head Island gem. Everyone who waited on us, from the hostess to the bartender to the server, to the sommelier was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and pleasant. And the food, wine, and cocktails were all exquisite. It is a very small place, but it feels spacious enough due to very clever decorating. The bar is beautiful. We enjoy both the full dining experience, as well as the wine and cocktail experiences at the bar. Can't wait to visit again when we return to Hilton Head Island in May.

Amazing food and even better service. Chocolate mousse was 10/10. Went for an anniversary dinner and they made it so special with a happy anniversary sign and champagne when we sat down. Will definitely be back!
I hate to say, but the BAR is the best place to sit. Brandon and Monica are fabulous bartenders and service is also amazing. You do not need Somalie at the bar, even tho he tries to intrude.

This was by far the best meal we had on Hilton head island. Rivaled the best restaurants in New York. Food , service and ambience were outstanding. Good wine list as well. We were beginning to lose hope in the food scene in Hilton head and then we ate here. What a pleasure.

Excellent dinner last night. Service was great; Melissa took our order in a timely manner and each course was served promptly but without rushing us. The food itself was almost beyond excellent. I had Boeuf Bourgogne. The beef was a large portion of short rib that was very tender and melt in your mouth. My wife's Bouillabaisse was also wonderful, topped with toasted French baguette loaded with a crab mixture. Definitely recommend!!!

As usual, a great meal, good drinks and the best of ambiance. George came to our bar seats to ensure all was to our liking. Our son Chris joined us for dinner, which made for AGN (Another Good Night). The tuna special was outstanding. Lou L
The restaurant is quite charming, the food and wine were delicious, the sommelier (Jean Pierre) was very friendly and very knowledgeable, and our server (Domenic) made our dining experience incredibly enjoyable because he was friendly, helpful and engaging!

Very nicely decorated; quiet ambiance. The food was outstanding, from appetizers, through entrees, and finishing up with dessert. Better than we had even expected! Service was very attentive; but, not intrusive. We will definitely add this to our list of favorites in Hilton Head!
Chez George delivers on its promise of an authentic French bistro. The menu is creative yet contains timeless classics. The wine list is extensive, and the sommelier clearly capable; and every employee exuded quiet hospitality. The pork shank was especially delicious.

I was very disappointed as we invited friends to go with us and I told them about the wonderful Bloody Mary with the candied bacon and apparently you no longer serve that. It was the reason we came. Probably won't be as anxious to select Chez George the next time. The Bloody Mary was actually something that set them above the rest of the brunch crowd. Sorry you decided to change...........

Once again, the finest restaurant on HHI. Exceptional food. Professional service. Beautiful surroundings that make you feel like you're at a romantic bistro in France. Amazing wine (and charming/knowledgable sommelier). This is a regular/special spot for us where we are treated like family.

Wonderful dinner spot, great food, wine, service. We had salmon, chicken and steak at our table and everyone loved their meals. The atmosphere is cozy and once inside the restaurant you would never think your are in a strip mall.
