Six of us—my husband, our daughter and her husband, and two grandchildren—celebrated two birthdays and a wedding anniversary. We all had a fabulous time. The 5-year-old said it was the best steakhouse he's ever been to! Our New Yorker son-in-law was also very pleased. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and thoughtful, without being intrusive. Food was great. It was all very festive and fun. We love Chophouse 119!

First time diner at Chophouse. Impressed and best steakhouse in Hilton Head and rivals many others that we have visited. Don't hesitate. Solid choice.

We had Chad as our server, not only was he very knowledgeable about the menu, but he was a Whiskey whiz! Highly recommend you try this place!

Chophouse 119 is a must-visit, and if you're lucky enough to have Chad as your waiter, you're in for a treat! We can't wait to return for another incredible meal and Chad's top-notch service. Food was excellent. Service was a little slow. Had the reservation, but still waited to seat us eventhough restaurant was relatively empty.

We celebrated my husband's birthday. We chose to sit at the high top tables in the bar area. It turned out to be a great choice when a very large men's group came into the restaurant. They were enjoying themselves, but were rather noisy. We were glad to be a bit separated from their group! Jake, the bartender, prepared some great drinks. The food was delicious. I highly recommend “The Gleason”, the prime aged rib cap. It was pricey, but worth it for the special occasion.

Fantastic!! Seriously one of the best meals I've ever had. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Great atmosphere, wonderful service and absolutely delicious food! Also, the staff is very knowledgeable. Educated us on the Willamette Valley Pinot Noir's. We will definitely make this a regular.

One of the BEST restaurants on Hilton Head Island, especially for a special event. The food and service is outstanding. Loved the beet and orange salad, Caesar salad, steaks cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. We ordered the carrots and fries as sides and then had the cheesecake, hazelnut crème brûlée and flourless chocolate cake. Everything was perfect!

Never done a review before, but this experience changes that. We went to Chophouse 119 for our 25th anniversary and it did not disappoint. From the moment they welcomed us in, until they walked us out after dinner, everything was perfect. The bread service was so good- fresh baked bread with amazing butter. I had the heirloom tomato salad and the filet. My husband had the NY Strip. We shared the whipped potatoes and the carrots. The food was all delicious and so well made. I was almost glad I couldn't eat it all since I got to take home leftovers. They gave us a complimentary champagne toast and complimentary dessert- that flourless chocolate cake was absolute heaven. Our server, Chad, was professional, kind, and so attentive to make our night relaxed and enjoyable. It was a splurge for sure, but 100% worth it and we will definitely be back.

Everything was top notch. Chad our server went above and beyond and was so detailed oriented which truly enhanced our experience. Will make it a point to seek him out on our next visit!

Our server, Felicia was efficient & attentive. The shrimp cocktail, beet salad, 12 oz filet, mushrooms, lyonnaise potatoes & cheesecake were all fabulous. Our pairing of the Far Niente Cabarnet was perfect

Warm, cozy ambiance ... Delicious, perfectly prepared dinner ... burrata and heirloom tomato salad, creamed spinach, and grilled salmon were the best I've ever been served dining out. The servers, especially Seleasha, were personable and seemed happy to be there. I highly recommend Chophouse 119 on Hilton Head Island for an exquisite dining experience!
