Chow Daddy's

We recently had dinner at Chow Daddy’s Sea Pines location during our visit to Hilton Head. We had also been a couple years ago (I think it was a different location then) and it enjoyed it then as well. This visit it was hands down the best dish I had the entire visit (and we hit all the HHI restaurant “classics”). We had the Cajun shrimp bowl and fried chicken bowl. Full of delicious flavors and was so fresh. Very generous portions for the prices (but I finished mine all in one sitting because it was too good to stop eating)! I have already tried to recreate the slaw that comes in the bowls at home. Can’t stop thinking about it! Highly recommend Chow Daddy’s if you need a break from the usual beach restaurant and want serious flavor.

Fantastic food at a great price.

My husband and I had such a great time at Chow Daddy’s! Xiaoling made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly warm and attentive and truly elevated our whole experience.

We had the guacamole, vegetable bowl and the grilled shrimp tacos and they were all delicious.

We also tried a couple of their cocktails, the watermelon martini and the house margarita. So refreshing!

All around a wonderful experience :)

Came here on a weeknight and while the restaurant seemed fairly empty, the food was awesome. They quickly accommodated our family of 13. The servers and hostess were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Between us, we tried the bowls, burgers, & tacos – everything is so tasty! The drinks were on point and the ambience was super nice. You can’t see this restaurant from off the road but it’s worth parking and coming in to enjoy a very nice meal (though- we don’t feel like it’s name does the food justice). 10 out of 10 recommend!

This restaurant has the best crispy chicken tacos and veggie bowl. And there’s more than that to eat. Everything is delicious
Our waiter kody was amazing and so helpful we enjoyed our time/ dinner there.

Got right in to be seated and had a wonderful experience! Food was great, service was excellent. Shout out to Maggie for being so sweet and attentive!

I went with my family and the food was amazing, the service was quick and my server Xiaoling was so nice and really made the experience. I would recommend stopping by sea pine to eat at this restaurant.

Great food and ambience, and our server Xiaoling went above and beyond—and made one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had! We were large group with strollers and were easily accommodated.

We are full time in sea pines and thus, frequent diners at Chowdaddys. We love everything on the menu, especially the burger and the bowls. Last night I tried the Poke bowl and it was tasty, BUT they left a lot of skin on the tuna. Not all of the tuna pieces had skin but a fair amount was not edible. I did tell the server. Nothing was taken off of our bill, which is ok, as I wasn’t looking for any restitution , but I was surprised she thought that was ok.
We love Chowdaddys and still remain one of our favorite spots, but please, chef, take a better look at the food going out.

Great late lunch today. Had the grilled tacos. The fresh in restaurant made sauces mixed withe the expertly marinated/ seasoned chicken and steak made my selection stand out! Paired with a great and extremely knowledgeable hostess London made this lunch special!

Small little place with a nice atmosphere. We just shared 3 different appetizers and had some drinks. Everything was really good. Wish we could have tried the burgers because they looked really good.

It wasn’t super busy last night, and there was only one other table dining, and we did have to wait a few minutes before someone greeted us up front to be seated. However, their burgers and nachos were amazing and the drinks were good! They also had an amazing cookie sandwich ice cream we got for dessert! We will be back!
