Cinnamon Bear Country Store

My husband and I visited this store on our anniversary trip and loved it! There were plenty of products to look at and more than enough icecream flavors! The staff was friendly and helpful and more than willing to let me sample icecreams to find my perfect flavor.

I posted this exact review last year and I’m sad to say I am writing the same thing this year…if your hours are posted that you are open until a certain time THEN BE OPEN THOSE TIMES! Last year we showed up at 830 when the hours were until 9 and it was locked and lights off. Tonight we showed up at 750 and got our ice cream. My husband went back to get an extra spoon at 801 and doors locked! Your Google hours were posted 4 weeks ago it says. And it states 9pm as closing. Why are you closing an hour early? Last year we got the “well no one was coming in so we closed” line. But that is absolutely not true this time. Tonight there was a long line when we were in there. We watched at least 5 families go up to the door disappointed because you were closed when your hours say 9-9. At least have a sign on the door with your actual hours and update google if you aren’t going to follow those. You clearly have never had a toddler looking forward to cinnamon bear ice cream for the entire 6 hour drive just to have to explain they aren’t open! I can’t imagine how much business you all are loosing over this.

Love their icecream! We came last year when visiting Hilton Head and had to come again before we left. The monster cookie is my favorite!

Been coming to Hilton Head for 10 years, and this is the best ice cream on the island. They have lots of good flavors, but the best is Java Chip! The people who own the place are so friendly and polite as well, just a great place to visit. Worth the wait in line!

Hands down the best pecan ice cream I’ve ever had! The service was fantastic, and we had a blast chatting with the staff and looking at all the other souvenirs they carry. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing place, amazing owners!
So many flavors of ice cream, including several flavors of sorbe and vegan chocolate mouse ice cream! Lots of ice cream toppings, all free! Hot or iced coffee beverages with regular milk as well as 2 types of non dairy milk to choose from. And the cherry on top - the amazing owners! Hard working, honest, super friendly and well informed on the Ingredients of all the products they sell (for allergies and special diet purposes). We keep coming back year after year. Highly recommended!!!

Ice cream is great, people are great. But does this owner listen to anything but The Four Seasons? Change it up!

Our favorite ice cream shop on Hilton Head! Our son has a dairy allergy and they make a dairy-free chocolate. He was ecstatic! Every flavor we had was delicious - we tried the strawberry cheesecake and butter pecan. The fudge and pick your own candy also was great.

The people who work in the shop are the best. Especially the line leader and cashier. They take their jobs very seriously and kept the chaos at bay on very busy summer evenings.

I normally don’t eat ice cream but let me tell you, their praline ice cream is literally the best. We stayed in sea pines for a week and I got a double scoop daily. When I got back to indiana I was craving it and even called to see if there was a way they could ship me a gallon of it, sadly they couldn’t. 😩 If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend you do!

Best ice cream in sea pines/hilton head. I always look forward to visiting when I’m in town.

I got the Java Chunk single serve ice cream with waffle cone crumbled on top. It was only $6. Very friendly staff. The shop has reasonably priced merchandise too
