No need apply here, particularly day shift, if you care about customer service and if you are not directly related to and/or dating staff. You need to at least know an established worker very well. This is clearly a very personal, unprofessional, family oriented workplace. If you do not meet the criteria you will not be welcome as a worker, they will try to bully you out the door. First time I have EVER quit a job without a 2 week notice in my ENTIRE life. I had to walk out because I felt unsafe ??♀️

This place seems cool and maybe today was an off day but part of my grilled chicken was pink, the chicken nuggets were burnt and we were missing some of our food. The rest of our order was just okay. The service was fast and the crew was nice.

Was there on 3/14/24 for lunch. Definitely my best experience at any Cook Out. Took my sister there because she had never been to a cook out. We both got BBQ tray meals with a shake. This was my first BBQ sandwich from a Cook Out, since I always get burgers. She got onion rings and chicken quesadilla for sides, I got a chicken quesadilla and walking taco for sides. Everything tasted so good and sister was very impressed. Unfortunately y'all don't have locations in PA where she lives! The guy behind the counter had an excellent demeanor he is a customer service natural. The restaurant was also very clean.
Grilled chicken and chili cheese dogs are both delish! Fries are perfect, skin-cut and golden brown ?

Looks like a run of the mill fast food place on first impressions. After ordering & receiving my order, I realized I was wrong!Coming from the Midwest, this place is fantastic! The burgers are good & well topped to your liking! The selection of side items is amazing. And taking the combo "tray" is a pretty great value!Had one Out West double & one Steak single. Both were delicious! Can definitely recommend the Cajun fries!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?Recommend to any visitors to give it a try. Definitely above what I'm used to for fast food!

I went there at 1130 tonight that's 30 mins before closing...man they made my food with love!!! It bust down right now everything I asked(extra extra mayo + lots of pepper) happened food was fresh and hot including cheese bites. As a closing manager at wendys I was impressed!!!
You'll be writing a review from the nearest bathroom if you eat here. Nastiest greasy fries I ever been served anywhere. The sad cheeseburger was not worth the money. This is my second attempt at this location since it opened years ago. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!
