Awesome dive! My wife and I stopped here randomly and had the pleasure of having Andi serve us. She made us feel right at home, giving us all the pertinent info about the scene! We encountered many regulars, who also made us feel right at home, like we had known them for years. We were provided with many recommendations, made friends, and had an awesome time all around! Can’t wait to come back!

Rode from St. Augustine on my motorcycle. Was looking for a "cool" place to get a drink. Found Cool Cats. I was like, "It seems cool." Pulled up on motorcycle, parked it in front. I was approached by a not so "Cool cat." He told me to move my bike, it was stinking up the place although tbe bike was shut off, and it terrifies people when I start it. I left the not so cool cats. Name is a little misleading ,Maybe call it PTSD's.

Very very rude racist staff was being ignored when it came to service. Honestly I felt like I was being judged as soon as I walked in. Bar tenders were making people drinks by request and when I asked for the same thing 5 min later I was denied and was told they couldn’t do the same for me.

Cool cats lives up to its name. Hubby and I dropped in for an evening drink. The regulars were hanging out, and they were "cool" enough to join in. The drinks were great and reasonably priced.Only gave 1 star for food because there wasn't any.

Way more poppin than five or 6 years ago it got packed quick. Still able to get a drink fairly quickly. Bar staff is amazing. Matt is the standout. Juke box has it all, warning no steve Miller band allowed. Darts some gaming, gambling. May still do live music sometimes. A food truck opened up outside which was a welcome addition. Plenty of security so no funny business. Brought some of my crowd from a hs reunion we had a blast. A much welcome alternative to the triangle bar scene

whenever i'm on the island from out of town i frequent this bar. after this visit i don't think i will ever come back. i have brought friends with me from out of town every time i've come and have always enjoyed the crowd, made friends, and tipped well, but the bartender tonight made me feel unwelcome and paid attention to certain people. my friend and i felt ignored even after directly asking for our check.. really disappointed..
This dive bar is the only one I know that serves a gourmet Italian dish with grated in house parmesean cheese. The soup of the day is rather amazing as well pairs perfectly with the wine. It gets very busy so please make reservations prior to coming in. Also, Steve miller band is a major no on the jukebox so don't try it. Ask for Ginny the bartender and tell her Tim from Detroit sent you! she will serve you write up.

Love this Place! Unfortunately did not discover until our last night in town! Will be back. I am a huge fan of dive bars and this is a great one. We wandered in while waiting for a table at the restaurant next door. What a pleasant surprise. We only got to have one drink before we were called for our reservation. The bartender was great and come to find out we had met her earlier in the week at Sea Pines where we were staying, when she found our lost phone. Met cute a cute local sitting at the end of the bar and talked alligators with him. It just had a great overall friendly Cheers vibe. Just a great chill place and my very favorite kind of bar. This would absolutely be my hangout if I lived in HH! Way to go Cool Cats! I can’t wait to come back.
