Coming in the place is very pretty and everyone is nice. Although, the server was had was unprofessional and got the impression right away they did not want to be there. Meat was good, but the mashed potatoes were straight cold and tasted instant. It didn’t feel worth the amount I paid for including the salad bar.

Delicious! The meats speak for themselves. Very mouth watering. The desserts are immaculate. Natalia is a wonderful food artist. When I saw the turtle with my turtle cheesecake I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely come back.

Our first and last visit. When we arrived, excited to eat after our long drive to Hilton head, we were asked by our server what temperature we would prefer our steaks. We promptly answered Medium Rare. Our first sliver was perfectly cooked! From then on we were quickly given 5 pieces of meat back to back. These pieces were cut individually before cooking, making it impossible to see how it was cooked. To our surprise each one was well done. We told our servers once more that we prefer medium rare. Our plates piled up with over cooked meat, we decided to reach out to the manager to see if we could resolve the issue. We received an extremely rude and unprofessional response, after trying to be kind and subtle while sharing our experience. We were told we wasted their meats as the manager threw the plates into a pile. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The food was Fantastic but the service was even better. Lori the manager, Kiara the server, and cooks/Gauchos Tyler and William were very attentive. They were short staffed but didn’t miss a beat to make sure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Do yourself a favor and visit the Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse in Hilton Head! The food was absolutely AMAZING~everything we tasted melted in our mouths! The service was unmatched~the staff truly cared about you & made sure we received everything cooked to our liking. Absolutely the BEST meal we’ve enjoyed in Hilton Head!Highly recommend Cowboy’s especially for a special occasion….they can easily handle large crowds with ease, even on New Years!!!!

Great food and service. My two year old was highly considered and ate his body weight in cucumbers, berries, pineapple, steak, and lamb. The creme brule was to die for. The white sangria and house special drink was great as well. Will definitely return.

The food was amazing and the service was fantastic! It was expensive, but no more than any other fine steakhouse. The hostess was very friendly and when we told her we had just gotten married she brought out a complimentary dessert (see picture). There is an automatic 18% gratuity for every group, no matter the size, so be prepared for that. Well worth it. Highly recommend! I gave it 5 stars because they don't offer 6.

Cowboys Brazilian Steakhouse was great! We visited Sc for my birthday.The meat selections was very flavorful. The salad bar was pretty good too.The restaurant was very nice and clean! Restaurant staff very friendly and accommodating. I do like my meats cooked medium well my husband likes his well done. They made sure that we had the selections of meats that we liked. Very friendly staff.
