This is my husband's favorite restaurant in Hilton Head. It reminds me of a men's den. The food and service never disappoint.

Had a great dining experience with friends at CQ's on Wednesday, August 6th. The service was simply top notch and the food was excellent. I had the ravioli appetizer and the mahi special. Both were delicious. One friend also enjoyed the mahi special and the other raved about the steak. CQ's is one of my “go to” restaurants on Hilton Head Island.

Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Loved the history of the building and the fact that it was all still maintained.

Never disappoints. The food and the service was excellent. The vibe is old time steakhouse meets coastal casual. With so many new restaurants popping up, it's nice to have an option that has stood the test of time.

This was our first time dining at CQs. First impression was that it was very charming and nice inside. Our service was overall good, but we didn't wait for a long time before anyone greeting us or helped us once we were seated at our table. We started with cocktails and a cup of soup. I had the tomato - lobster bisque, which was a special and also GF. My husband had the she crab soup, which we were told is a specialty of theirs. My husband said his soup was excellent, mine was very good but not memorable. I had the salmon with grit cake. It was a nice light meal. My husband had the ribeye special, which he was very good but not memorable. We ended the night with crème brûlée and 2 chocolate truffles- both excellent. Overall we said that we would come back to CQs in the future.

After 20+ years of owning on HHI, we finally went to CQ's. Guess we waited 20 years too long . What great dinning experience. Service and food were outstanding. Thanks to the staff at CQ's

Food was to die for. Crab soup was a no brainer. Got the blackened sea bass, was incredible. Service was top notch.

Peter, our server was amazing and wonderful! He made our dining experience five stars! Everything was absolutely wonderful... The scallops, the sheep, crab soup, the seafood pasta, the tomato/lobster soup, the bread with the butter, the wedge salad... The only part I wasn't crazy about was my salad and my entrée... I ordered the CQ salad And the special of the evening the blackened Seabass... I didn't like the dressing on the CQ salad and the blackened Seabass was dry, not enough sauce, and for me it just did not taste very good... Tasted very fishy... Other than my CQ Sallade, and The Seabass blackened special. Everything was absolutely over-the-top wonderful so five stars!

The food was excellent. However, my friend had a birthday cake that we brought to the table and they charged over $30 to cut 5 pieces. It seemed like a cheap way to get extra money from us. Also, once they gave us the check there was conveniently no one to discuss the problem of charging us that much for simply cutting 5 pieces of cake. Still would recommend if you like seafood but keep an eye on your check because they'll likely charge you for something that would be free anywhere else.

Had an incredible server who made the great food and atmosphere even better - truly a consummate pro!

We come back at least a couple of times a year when visiting Sea Pines. This trip include my son and my grandson. We all had a good time and enjoyed our visit. The She Crab was outstanding as always. I had the sea scallops; delicious. My son had the sea bass and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was quite good and we were quite satisfied.

Always love our annual dinner at CQ's. Reliably good food, service and ambiance. Jacob, our server, was excellent.

First time eating at CQ's and so glad we did. It's in a quaint cottage like house. We sat upstairs. We enjoyed the She Crab Soup and CQ's House Salad and for entrees we ordered the Salmon and the Scallops. Both were very good! It was one of the best prepared salmon filets I've ever had. We had no room for dessert but they did give you chocolate truffles with your check. It was raining when we left but if you do go and aren't staying in Sea Pines, it's a great chance to walk around and enjoy Harbour Town.

We have not been to CQ's in several years but my husband wanted to go there for his Father's Day dinner. The food was subpar compared to what we had previous visits. Scallops had a strange consistency and were only seared on one side. Crab cakes tasted fishy and were shredded not lump crab meat. My seafood pasta had very little seafood in it, but the sauce was good. I had much higher hopes for the food considering the cost of each meal.

Before we went, we looked at the reviews and the menu. Everything looked great. We already knew what we wanted to order and both of us got the scallops. The food and the service was excellent. On the website, the scallops were and still are listed as $41, but when I got the bill, they were $45. So I asked the waitress to check and she did and came back saying that the price was right. When I got home, I looked at the website again and sure enough, it says $41. So I called the manager, who said that the website is wrong and they would fix it. No apologies for the discrepancy. Very disappointed, not that $8 was going to break the bank, but it was the principle of misleading the customers.
