CQ's Restaurant

One of our favorite spots on the island. We've been many times, and look forward to our next visit.

We went to CQs with some new friends. Usually one the Islands favorites. Service was slow, waited 20 minutes, waiter brought us a hot bottle of Procesco , tried to put on ice but not cold enough to drink. The quality of the food was not good. Crab cakes lots of filler and stringy crab meat. Ravioli not up to their standard this trip to CQs was disappointing. Lots of money spent not a good meal and poor service. I would try again, but it will be quite some time. 

It was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet casual. We had the fish special, and it was wonderful.

Had a wonderful meal there with my wife and daughter. Lovely little spot in Sea Pines. Food was excellent and service was top notch. A great start to the NewYear. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Annual NYE dinner at restaurant. We love CQ's; however, waiter was non-existent. Restaurant was not at capacity. Food and vibe were great. Would come back, but would hope for waiters we have had in prior visits.

This restaurant has been here almost as long as Sea Pines itself. The menu isn't overly varied and probably hasn't changed much in the last 50+ years, but the quality is still high. Worth a stop if you can find the time.

We enjoyed our evening dining with our children. They have great kids' menu options. We loved the grouper special and the special pear salad as well as the she crab soup, of course. Peter did a wonderful job taking care of us. We'll be back!

This was my wife and I first visit to CQ's and we enjoyed it very much. Such a beautiful building inside and out and one of the best restaurants for ambiance on the island. The hostess was not very friendly when we first got there but the server was awesome. I had the She crab soup to start and it was amazing. For dinner my wife got the seared Ahi tuna and it tasted as good as it looked. I had the CQ's shellfish pasta but did not really care for it. It had a mountain of shredded Boursin cheese that overwhelmed the dish. We will definitely be back but I will try another dish next time.

Service was rushed. Thanksgiving turkey was a boneless breast- not traditional sliced roast turkey. There was not enough gravy or cranberry.

We have visited Hilton Head multiple times but have never dined at CQ's. If the ultimate test is whether we would go back, the answer is a resounding “yes”

Food was fabulous, service was outstanding, atmosphere was elegant and beachy. Will 100% come back.

Food is good, it was quiet on a Sunday night, and we were able to sit at the bar. Service good, food tasty as always.
