Had a great dining experience with friends at CQ's on Wednesday, August 6th. The service was simply top notch and the food was excellent. I had the ravioli appetizer and the mahi special. Both were delicious. One friend also enjoyed the mahi special and the other raved about the steak. CQ's is one of my “go to” restaurants on Hilton Head Island.
Never disappoints. The food and the service was excellent. The vibe is old time steakhouse meets coastal casual. With so many new restaurants popping up, it's nice to have an option that has stood the test of time.
This was our first time dining at CQs. First impression was that it was very charming and nice inside. Our service was overall good, but we didn't wait for a long time before anyone greeting us or helped us once we were seated at our table. We started with cocktails and a cup of soup. I had the tomato - lobster bisque, which was a special and also GF. My husband had the she crab soup, which we were told is a specialty of theirs. My husband said his soup was excellent, mine...
