Domino's Pizza

It saddens me to say that the owner of these stores abuses their employees. They are extremely overworked and underpaid.

I went here on a Saturday at 11:30 and the store was closed. The hours on Saturday are from 10:30AM-1:00AM. Please correct hours of operation !

App said pizza was delivered and the guy showed up 1.5 hrs late with a cold pizza and told me not his problem and to call the store when I told him I had been on the phone on hold for an hour with the store he said he did not care. What an asshole delivery driver. The kids don't answer the phone at the shop. I have to stop payment and eat a cold pizza. You should just throw your money in the trash. My kids are very upset. So much for southern hospitality.

My order had to be remade....A young gentleman saw that my order was incorrect when My husband checked the order that someone else made. He remade my order. They also did not have condiments for take out. No parmesan cheese or hot pepper packs.

We got an Emergency Pizza reward from a buy a few weeks ago up in Alexandria, Va. pizza took about an hour to arrive then, and we got an email about a “free” pizza… the Emergency Pizza. I had seen commercials on this, but was pleasantly surprised to get this reward. We banked it and tonight we placed an order at this location with the free pizza reward. We did carryout since it’s only 5 min from our house. Was ready when we got it, free of charge!! Thank you Dominos!!! We loved our free pizza and the nice “young” gentleman that helped hand it over tonight, great location.

Ordered here 3 times this week. Each time the pizza tasted different! Today being the worst! Pan pizza was not even done all the way. Pizza DOUGH was still RAW!!!!! Got a notification that my order was done. I go inside and it's not even made yet! They guy making the pizza is rude and slow! I given the guy cash tips in the past and he never said ty. I'm over this place! It doesn't matter if you complain this store doesn't care at all! I've been to many Domino's all over the country and this is the worst one that I've ever been to, in my whole entire life!! This place is managed by complete idiots!

I made an online order ….everything was fine except my wings I ordered buffalo n I had absolutely almost no sauce I could’ve just ordered plain wings …I called back to back no answer drove 20 mins to ask nicely after being frustrated ….can you remake or give me a refund I was declined both this is totally unacceptable don’t order from here. And not to mention I was speaking to the general manger how you a GM but giving out this type quality food n refusing

Every time I go to this Dominos they are the best. They have a great attitude very customer service oriented and very clean and neat and cleanliness to me is next to Godliness….their restrooms are even clean🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️😁

they take forever to deliver the pizza i ordered twice and the first time the delivery driver came an hour and a couple min late the food was more cold then warm order the second time and the delivery driver took an hour again these people don’t know what to doing , how you gonna place an order for a delivery that 3 min away and go the whole opposite side 40 min away 🤦🏽‍♂️

We’re From New Jersey and we ordered from this dominos on September 1st around 9:40
Online because it’s just about impossible to get anyone on the phone we order 2 pies and a cheesy bread we didn’t receive our food till 11:55 which is completely insane for a food delivery food was cold & we lost our appetite after waiting 2 hrs for pizza & we were tracking the driving he passed us up literally 4 times to drop off other orders he was making about 7 orders at once DO NOT USE THIS DOMINOS ITS A DISGRACE NOT TO MENTION ALL THE ORHER 1STAR REVIEWS OBVIOUSLY MEANS SOMTHING DONT ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered pizza at 8:39 pm 9/1/2024. Pizza showed delivered on the app, however we never recieved our pizzas. Called 5 times and never got anything but automated phone system on hold for a total of 30 minutes. $57.73 needs to be refunded! Pizza tracking app is useless if the driver doesn't do his job! 😡😡😡

Did not receive all of our order. Was not able to contact the store through the app and they would not answer the phone. Paid for product we never received. I guess you cannot complain about service if there is none?
