Ordered ar 8:53pm. App said they are preparing. Arrived at 9:30pm and store was chaos. Phone was ringing off the hook and employees were ignoring everyone. Finally, a manager came out of hiding and told me my order would be another hour. I told him to cancel it, I already paid on the app and he promised I would receive a refund in a few days. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Now I have to call AMEX since they refuse to resolve the problem. Close down this scam place.

Never answered the phone. Only online orders is what they prioritize. Only 1 order before us. Took 30 mins.

Bread bites, are you in the room with us? Someone goofed, they were not cooked properly or the dough was messed up. Sadly dominos doesn’t compensate well for food you can’t eat.

Absolute worst dining experience ever.

5:30PM - Ordered pizza on Wednesdaywith an estimated delivery arrival in 20 mins for my wife and 2 kids while vacationing.

6:00PM - food is still waiting to be picked up for delivery.

6:30PM - Pizza is out for delivery. Estimated 15 mins

6:45PM - pizza still shows 15 mins to be delivered.

7:00PM - pizza still not delivered, and est time continues to fluctuate.

7:30PM - pizza NOT delivered but SHOWS delivered. Tried calling store but no one answers

8PM - while driving to store for a refund, driver calls saying he's there. Told him don't worry, already got other food for family and going for a refund

8:10 PM - speak to manager on duty and tell him the story for a refund. Contacts the driver and mentions I cannot get refund because I turned the driver around!

After the manager on duty angrily yells and berate me that it's not his fault that the app is wrong and I should've just waited for the food (I guess on a hope and prayer), finally decides to give me a refund - that I can only hope happens! This has been the absolute worst experience- for only a $20 meal!

Give me the wrong Pizza

This is a scam, I ordered pizza at 7 and it’s 9:57 my children are hungry and they have marked delivery because they don’t want the time to look bad. Please don’t order here they are scamming to make a sale. And this is in Hilton head SC 807 William Hilton. Please people don’t order from them, they even called back laughing playing on the phone. I wouldn’t dare serve my children food that said it was delivered and I received it 3 hours later. Awful

They were obviously very busy but most of the workers were acting as if there was no rush at all. Very slow and lethargic. The guy at the checkout was very friendly and kind. Food was 20 to 30 minutes longer than original posted time. Many people were coming in to pick up orders that were supposed to be delivered. They just were not delivered and not communicating to customers. Pretty poorly run. Food was good when we finally got it.

Ordered delivery online. Food never came. Tried calling automated service said they weren't taking any deliveries at this time. Figured they got busy and wasn't able to take deliveries until they got caught up. Tried calling several times no answer. Finally after 1 hour and 45 minutes with no calls from store and no answer when Tried calling went to pick it up. Asked for the delivery fee back. Was told that they couldn't. Thats not how their system works. I will never order from this dominoes again ever

After a failed DoorDash delivery attempt from the papa John’s near by, Domino’s came through in the clutch! We placed our order at 11:45 pm and we received it within an hour. They even gave us an extra pizza for our wait.

Worst Dominos I have ever used. 2hrs and 14mins later the pizza arrived. No one answered the phone when I called to inquire about the delivery.
