We waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for our order we placed in advance and they gave it to me and left the window and 1/3 of it was missing! So they came back and were like did you need something and I said I'd like the rest of the order.

Great food on this visit!! This Dunkin is huge, somewhat gloomy and old looking. Plenty of seating, but noone ever seems to dine in. Staff are polite enough to customers, but there is some obvious tension amongst themselves. This location obviously has an ongoing issue with hiring staff who can be professional in the workplace. 😬

This is the worst dunkin ever, I have never had a good experience here. This place was empty at 10am on a Friday so I placed an order for a black ice coffee at the counter and watched multiple employees just hanging around not doing anything while the ticket just say there . Waiting almost 10 mins for just ice and coffee in a cup is craaaazyyy. Its like this every time.
