Whoever the manager is here needs training on how to deal with customers. They gave me the wrong order and when I had to turn around and come back she argued with me telling that I ordered a coffee and I specially said latte that's my order for years I don't drink coffee and would never order that. She then said she was charging me extra...after I had to come back all the way from south end of the island.. the young lady at the window had to apologize on her managers behalf...every morning I come here and this same manager is nasty and rude... she needs another type of job i don't appreciate her starting my day off with bad energy and I'll Nissan pay the extra money and go to Starbucks where they are pleasant. On top of that the sour dough sandwich was cold n gross. I told her to jus gic me my money back. I'll never spend my money at this location again...

Wait this has got to be a joke?
Let me start by saying the “baker” leaves before we open. Secondly I have the highest turn over rate at this location with guest and staffing. Do you think if I was out of pocket with any of my staff that I would have a staff? And kids I’m never rude to kids!!! Now if you are a rude customer I do not have to tolerate disrespect I am human as well!
Idk who wrote this but if you are the customer that was ordering in drive thru un organized and all of you were talking over each other and I ask you to repeat your order so I can repeat it back then you yelled at me and I said you didn’t have to do all that then you take the time to write a review but come with no receipts, shame on you for not telling full story!
Very rarely do I even loose my temper about anything!!! I bust my tail coming in at 3 am to ensure a clean, healthy, successful day 5 sometimes more days a week. I take pride in my job. Again I’m only human, but I hands down am the best HH location has ever had!
Worst experience ever and first time at a Dunkin and now last thanks to the manager on site Amanda. Very rude to me and my kids never have I ever seen a level of immaturity. I myself been in the food industry for over 30 years and I love to see the bakers working hard and seeing her yell at this poor baker in frunt of guests very shocking!!!! To everyone else here I'm sorry you have to deal with a manager like that never will come back unless she is transfered.

There's not much to say. It's Dunkin' Donuts, and I enjoy the coffee. I have celiac, so the food is off-limits. Normally, I drink regular coffee, but today, I ordered a large cappuccino via the app for drive-through pick-up. I was only a couple of blocks away when I placed the order. When I arrived, there were three cars ahead of me, so the order was ready. Is the cappuccino top of the line? Well, no, but it's just as good as other places and better at a lower price. Staff is friendly, so a big plus. Yep, I will return.
As a note, I provided 4 stars for the atmosphere even though I was alone in my car. I gotta be worth something, hehe.
Parking: It appears to be a good amount of parking and would guess 20 spots.
