Great food on this visit!! This Dunkin is huge, somewhat gloomy and old looking. Plenty of seating, but noone ever seems to dine in. Staff are polite enough to customers, but there is some obvious tension amongst themselves. This location obviously has an ongoing issue with hiring staff who can be professional in the workplace. 😬

This is the worst dunkin ever, I have never had a good experience here. This place was empty at 10am on a Friday so I placed an order for a black ice coffee at the counter and watched multiple employees just hanging around not doing anything while the ticket just say there . Waiting almost 10 mins for just ice and coffee in a cup is craaaazyyy. Its like this every time.

Claire, Abby, and D.J are absolutely AMAZING! they know how to work and have fun and make great coffee, and not to mention those breakfast sandwiches were hot and melty and amazing, now I can't say this about every Dunkin, takes great employees to make this happen

Whoever the manager is here needs training on how to deal with customers. They gave me the wrong order and when I had to turn around and come back she argued with me telling that I ordered a coffee and I specially said latte that's my order for years I don't drink coffee and would never order that. She then said she was charging me extra...after I had to come back all the way from south end of the island.. the young lady at the window had to apologize on her managers behalf...every morning I come here and this same manager is nasty and rude... she needs another type of job i don't appreciate her starting my day off with bad energy and I'll Nissan pay the extra money and go to Starbucks where they are pleasant. On top of that the sour dough sandwich was cold n gross. I told her to jus gic me my money back. I'll never spend my money at this location again...
