I am a regular Customer and I wanted to say how satisfied I was with the Manager “ Amanda Williams “ for making sure I got my points from a large purchase!Being so busy when I picked up my order we forgot to put my points on my app!She definitely took the situation into her own hands and made sure it happened!!Thanks again “ Amanda Williams” for stepping up to the plate!!I appreciate your professionalism in this matter and thank you as well for your great employees and that they can rely on you !

The Boston cream donut was absolutely delicious. I don't usually get coffee out but I did on this trip. The coffee was really good. The staff was friendly. The place was very clean. I'd recommend this Dunkin donuts.

Unfortunately this particular Dunkin Donuts was not clean. The floors needed a sweep and a wash. Bathroom - not clean to match the store.Employees we dealt with showed no enthusiasm.Dunking Donuts has for over 30 years, been 1 of 3 major retail chains on my "list", for great coffee.I have never, in that time, experienced a Dunkin location that was not properly clean. There is no excuse for this.Very difficult to want to drink or eat food productsIn a restaurant of any sort exhibiting lack of cleanliness.

The worst Duncan donuts I’ve ever been to. They have the most incompetent and rude employees that don’t understand what a shot of espresso is or that you pay extra for it. Unbelievably rude ignorant employees.

0 STARS. This place is terrible. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! I ordered a mobile order at 10:15, arrived there at 10:35 and NONE of my order was ready. People that were coming in and ordering at the register where getting their drinks and food before me. When I asked the girl if my drink was coming up she simple replied with "I'm not in charge of that" so I waited and it got to 10:45 where many others where getting their stuff before me, mind you I placed the order at 10:15!!!! I eventually said "I've waited here for 30 minutes and my drink is still not out" i had to then wait another 5 minutes for my drink. DO NOT GO HERE.!!!! Go support soemthing local!

Very unprofessional. I ordered 15 minutes before my arrival and when I got inside i had to wait another 35 minutes. I get it if it's busy (which it was) but if i'm watching people who ordered inside get their stuff in 5 minutes (before me) and people in the drive thru getting their food as they pull up, then I had a problem. And I was very nice when approaching to ask about my order and all i got was a "can you just be patient it will be fixed at some point" and a "it's not my problem". There was only one sweet girl that finally after seeing me there for 30 minutes ask what my name was and made my drink immediately. But then she asked the other workers about my food and they pushed her away and said "it doesn't matter it will come out at some point". They were very unprofessional and rude. Save your time and find another place to eat or get coffee. On a positive note, the food and coffee was great. very delicious. Just not the wait and the controllable attitudes I was given. The atmosphere was very big and spacious but if you're able to hold a lot of people and big crowds I expect workers showing respect and owning up to their own mistakes.

Food good as always, is dunkin. Service was slow ? maybe too many newer people not sure and overall appearance of store was eh. Not gonna keep me out but now proper expectations set.

Stale, expensive donuts, staff loudly discussing inappropriate stuff for the whole place to hear, horrible acoustics inside... There was no redeeming quality that I could point out. Never again.
