Fishcamp on Broad Creek

Excellent food, great scenery, good service. Exactly what you want anytime you go to a restaurant. I recommend you make a reservation or you could be in for a bit of a wait. It gets full pretty quickly anytime we've visited. We always try to get patio seating.

We were seated 20 minutes late and then waited another 20 minutes for a server. Food was fair. Atmosphere is great outside on their wonderful patio. By it was a rough operation for Fish Camp tonight. We might enjoy drinks on the patio and have dinner elsewhere on our next visit to HHI.

What a wonderful ambiance to this restaurant! The outdoor patio near the waters edge is very enjoyable. Our server was very attentive.
HOWEVER, a restaurant of this caliber and price ($120.00 for 2 of us with no drinks ordered) should have a water filtration system! Coke, sweet tea and other drinks require ice which in this case ruined any drink I ordered. It was terrible and ruined the whole meal which was good but not great, again probably due to the water.
Even our server acknowledged the water as being unacceptable.

We also had a meal at San Miguel which did not have a water issue.

We loved this place so much we went twice during a 5 day trip. Staff, food and view is amazing. Fresh ingredients. Small, simple but great menu. Cocktails and raw bar are a must

Stopped in for lunch. Enjoyed the lobster bisque and the soup of the day tomato bisque. Best appetizer by far was their version of hush puppies! Excellent and fried just right.

Don’t miss this place if you’re visiting Hilton Head Island! Great food and an amazing atmosphere. Be sure to ask for outside (under cover). You’ll enjoy Broad Creek views while listening to great music (weather/season permitting) on many evenings. Oh, Abby is an over-the-top server!

Fishcamp was a delightful southern cuisine experience. We were seated at an umbrella-shaded exterior deck with views to Broad Creek estuary and enjoyed an excellently prepared and presented seafood dinner while also enjoying live music. Our food choices included May River oysters on the half-shell and fresh seafood pasta that included local fresh-caught shrimp and Daufuskie Island Blue Crab in a cream sauce. Side dishes included two versions of grits, both tasty.
