Their Burgers are always top-notch although overpriced for a fast food burger...ordered food to go so I didn't check the burgers until I got home. Food was still hot BUT the toppings were all wrong. I checked my receipt and it was correct as ordered, but not put together as ordered...still overall not a bad burger! The fries aren't nearly as good as they used to be...something has changed

Overall not the best. The fries were not good tasting like they used to be and we had watched them make them fresh. The price for a cheeseburger is more than most burgers you can find in the island. For two burgers with little fries, it was $46! It’s fast food, but slow to get after being ordered. I’d much rather go to Tin & Tallow or Charbar, which are both local to Hilton Head, and cost much less and overall better quality.

Insanely expensive
Honestly, not as good as it's made out to be. Especially with those high prices.
Very good service.

I had a delivery order a couple of weeks ago, so unable to write about the atmosphere. I have celiac, which means no wheat, rye, oats or barley. Five Guys has been an easy decision at any location. The burgers are cooked without drying them out, so I have always received a nice juicy burger rather than a hockey puck. Many toppings to select, starting with the standard mayo and ketchup to jalapeños for a little kick. My go to is the double cheeseburger, bacon, tomato, mayo, and ketchup and of course, no bun. As good as the burger tastes, the fries may steal the show in my opinion. As someone with celiac, eating fries cooked in most restaurants is a big no no, since most restaurants use the same fryer for all types of products, including breaded items. French fries for most are viewed as a side order when dining out or take away orders, but for a celiac it becomes a specialty item and Five Guys has some of the best that never disappoint. The vanilla shakes are very tasty with the right amount of consistency to prevent passing out while trying to get the shake to travel through the straw. And I always order a second double cheeseburger with no toppings as a treat for my boy. His mouth was full at the time of writing, so unable to provide an understandable response. Lets just say, we both cleared our plates and look forward to the next order.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for a while now, and I have consistently received excellent service. Marco has been welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. The staff are able to aptly shift between food prep while also prioritizing the customers. The food is great, on the pricy side, but that’s not a knock just a fact of the matter. All in all, I plan on coming here again.

The manager Marco, went above and beyond. We have a son that's 22 with autism, he is on a very restricted diet and because of that we can't eat out (not to mention people stare.) We took a chance and stopped to eat (while we were running an errand) and it turned out great because of Marco. The only thing on the menu he liked and could have was bacon and sugar free sprite. We asked how much it would be to get 4 servings of bacon. Marco shook his head and refused to charge us. Massimo gobbled up the bacon and asked for more. I approached Marco, asked for more and insisted on paying- he would not accept my money. We were so grateful that we could eat because our son could eat there too!!! We left a cash tip ( I wish we could have left them a $50!) but they were appreciative, kind and patient. THANK YOU to Marco and his team.
