I’ve been coming to this establishment for a while now, and I have consistently received excellent service. Marco has been welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. The staff are able to aptly shift between food prep while also prioritizing the customers. The food is great, on the pricy side, but that’s not a knock just a fact of the matter. All in all, I plan on coming here again.

The manager Marco, went above and beyond. We have a son that's 22 with autism, he is on a very restricted diet and because of that we can't eat out (not to mention people stare.) We took a chance and stopped to eat (while we were running an errand) and it turned out great because of Marco. The only thing on the menu he liked and could have was bacon and sugar free sprite. We asked how much it would be to get 4 servings of bacon. Marco shook his head and refused to charge us. Massimo gobbled up the bacon and asked for more. I approached Marco, asked for more and insisted on paying- he would not accept my money. We were so grateful that we could eat because our son could eat there too!!! We left a cash tip ( I wish we could have left them a $50!) but they were appreciative, kind and patient. THANK YOU to Marco and his team.

Best service I think I’ve found on the island. Every single company makes a mistake here and there but I’ve never met any restaurant that has ever been so understanding. I’m a loyal costumer to this place and I’ll be making sure to come back time and time again for the amazing workers, fast food, and excellent costumer service skills!

$22 and some change for a cheeseburger regular fry and regular size drink is a lot but other than that I still have to give it five stars but if you're looking for value do not go here.

Decent burger, and clean resturaunt. But it is super expensive($18 for a single bacon cheeseburger and NO Fries. This did include a $3 tip.) . Honestly, I don't really see the fascination with Five Guys. A Wendy's Bacon Cheeseburger beats this all day long, in my opinion.
