It’s become my favorite Italian Restaurant. The food is excellent. The service is impeccable. The staff is extremely friendly. Love it.

Capri is a newer spot in the island and you don’t want to miss it. From the minute you arrive and are welcomed by Michelle, the service throughout the evening was great. Chef has prepared an excellent menu, lots of variety and authentic Italian. This is definitely someplace you could eat at every week.

A must visit Resturant!! Food is spectacular!! Ambiance is classic Italian. Alli ingredients locally sourced and made to order. The proprietor, Chef Johnny, will visit your table and inquire to your experience. Careful what you ask for or if you love a sauce in particular, he will go to the kitchen and place it in a jar for you to take home. As a tourist from Tennessee, we will make a return visit just for this Resturant, the service, and the food.

We have my wife and I been searching for the last 4 years to find an Italian restaurant that we can call our favorite. Being from CT NY area it’s been a challenge, that is up to tonight, the search has ended very successfully!!
Coastal Capri is now our favorite Italian restaurant. The Food is outstanding ,excellent service great atmosphere and the owners are top shelf. Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!

Everybody from the hostess to the bartenders to even the chef came out and spent time talking to me, and the food was absolutely phenomenal

Such an enjoyable evening!! Coastal Capri is a truly fine dining experience. Our servers were stop on, food was so delicious and cocktail amazing! We will definitely be returning!

Parking: There are other restaurants and businesses nearby, so parking can sometimes be difficult to find.

We stopped in last after the Lantern Parade and figured without a reservation, we wouldn't be able to get a table, but we thought we would try. The Hostess was very nice and was able to fit us in! We had visited before several years ago, but hadn't been back in awhile. The waiter informed that new owners took over in July and he guided us through the menu. We ordered and the food came out very quickly. We were shocked by the portion size as it's easily two meals per entree (who doesn't love leftovers?!). The atmosphere was very elegant and most folks dressed nice, but we didn't feel too out of place in jeans we wore to the parade. We'll definitely be back and we now count this as a true "HHI Hidden Gem"!

Flora’s is a gem with amazing food and service. As a Chicago native, Italian food is our favorite ❤️ and Flora’s delivered. Turns out the new owners moved here from Chicago, are Italian and their family owns our favorite Italian restaurant back home. What a small world!

We arrived during peak time on a Saturday evening with no reservation and a cranky toddler and the owner was more than accommodating! Our waitress was WONDERFUL!

We were seated, given bread service with butter and a spread. The bread was delicious and warm!

We ordered drinks and the pour was generous. Our food arrived quickly and was hot ?? I ordered the carbonara, my husband had the Chicken Parmesan. Their marinara sauce was savory and sweet, just like our favorite Italian restaurant in Chicago. Both entrees were delicious and with generous portions.

Dessert was delicious and the coffee was fantastic. Nothing like a good cup of coffee ☕️ after a delicious meal. If you are a cannoli fan, order the Martini Cannoli Dip.

I wish the new owners the best of luck, especially because they are fellow Chicago natives! We will definitely come back the next time we are in Hilton Head.

Kid-friendliness: We arrived with a cranky toddler and they didn’t bat an eye. We felt very comfortable and accommodated.

First time to Hilton Head and we visited this restaurant two nights in a row.

Hands down THE BEST calamari I have ever had. If you like seafood you won’t be disappointed. We had halibut on night one and seafood risotto (special) on night two. It was fresh and perfectly cooked. And the portions were VERY generous!!

Mussels and baked clams (pictured) were amazing.

Service was attentive and fun.
If you are looking for authentic southern Italian cuisine - this is the place.

If you leave hungry - it’s your own fault!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Flora’s last night. Three of us had veal and one person had cod, which was a special for the evening. We all were very happy with our choices. Our server was great….knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We will be back!
