Customer service is NONEXISTENT here. Do NOT come. All you’ll get is attitude and a bad day. Please learn decent human etiquette. It’s not that hard to be nice to your customers. They are RUDE for absolutely no reason. The reviews prove it. So many saying the same thing. Wish I saw them before I made the drive there.

We had a great experience at Frosty Frog Café! The food was hot, tasty, and came out quickly. Service was efficient, and we really appreciated how fast everything was. Definitely worth a visit!

The pizza was good. The wings were great. Portions were huge. The kids liked their hot dogs and my wife said the cheeseburger was very good. Ice cream was good for desert.

We were here hours ago but left after 2 mins. Here is my story.

So we came in with a party of 9 tonight, because of how good the food looked and the good reviews. Well, I don’t know where these people were eating because we left in less than 2 minutes after our interaction when we went to order. The person who took our order had an ear bud in and seemed to care less. We started to order by saying “can we get a pizza” and her response was “don’t just want me
To throw a crust in the oven or do you want cheese?” What the hell is that?!?! So we left and went to a much better place with great hospitality! No idea how you are still in business with that kind of service! My parents have had a house here for years and I have been coming here for 43 years. One of the worst experiences on the island in all those years. So many restaurants on the island to choose from and yours will not be one of them ever again!

Food has no prices, leads me to believe they can charge whatever they want. Air vents have obvious mold on them. Ceiling has mold all over it from water damage. Major holes in floor for tripping. Idk how they are allowed to even be open.

We waited for service for 10 minutes. The lady working there at the time peaked out and saw us waiting but didn't come out for another 5 minutes. The food tasted good and was filling, but was way over priced! 20 dollars for a burger and fries is crazy! Seating is really cramped. Even the bathroom door does not close. Save your pockets and time and go some where else!

Jasper Frosty Dog Cafe was a total win for our family!, Steve (the owner) was on top of every detail from the moment we walked in—friendly, attentive, and quick. Sofia was extremely helpful and made great suggestions.

My wife and son ordered burgers and loved them—juicy, fresh, and perfectly cooked. I’m 100% vegan, and Steve went above and beyond, creating a super-delicious 100% vegan panini that was honestly incredible. Crunchy on the outside, full of flavor inside—so good!

You can tell they really care about the guest experience: warm vibe, fast service, and a genuine “we’ll make it happen” attitude. Thank you, Steve and Sofia! We’ll definitely be back.

I wish prices were listed on their menu boards. We purchased mozzarella sticks, potato skins and two drinks and spent $31. The mozzarella sticks were hot and good but not $12 worth good. Just wish there was more transparency on the menu boards.

Side note - If visiting beware of the cell phone repair guy outside, we felt he was pushy in trying to sell some boat tours to us and said no thank you three times before walking away.

We were really looking forward to visiting this place after seeing it featured on Instagram, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the hype. Upon arrival, we were met with a staff member who was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional, which immediately set a negative tone for our visit. It’s disappointing when customer service doesn’t reflect the image a business portrays online.

Oh my gosh, never met a RUDER worker than the black female worker that was there today. I patiently waited while she was standing around doing something in the back and then she came and asked “what do you want” and when I asked if I could order, she slammed down her tray right in front of me. She proceeded to roll her eyes and when I was half way through my order she decided that she didn’t want to make more chicken and said that they were out. She started to complain of a big order she got. If you can’t handle business, then DONT work. I’m blown away by the lack of customer service here.

About 10:00pm the night we visited was opened but was not serving food which was why we traveled there

No sir/ no ma'am this is the correct establishment the two young ladies at the front said that no more food was being cooked but daiquiris and ice cream, the group in front of us came in for food as well... I remember this place because we had to stand outside for a little bit because there was no standing room inside
