Frosty Dog Cafe

The worst customer service I have ever received from a store. I travel a ton for work and never been treated so poorly. I was not even greeted when I walked in ( store was completely empty with 2 employees) and was ignored completely when I tried to ask a question. I would avoid this location at all cost. I never complain and this is the first time I have ever wrote a complaint online.

The attention and food was really good

Place is neglected beyond belief and very confusing. Nails sticking out of random 2x4's on the walls. Floor missing in spots, causing tripping hazards. Whoever is doing your DIY needs to rethink their skills. Place doesn't know what it wants to be. Says frozen yogurt and doesn't have any?

Passing by the Frosty Dog we thought it would be a great place to hop in for a late snack. We just wanted a scoop of ice cream with a waffle cone…until the server said it was going to be $11.00!! I seriously thought she was making a joke but she wasn’t. The ice cream prices are not listed so I wouldn’t know either way. I guess she thought I would pay it without question but I told her we’re the “cheap” tourist (…me trying to lighten the tone but she was not amused.) I don’t know what she said to the staff after we left but they must have thought it was funny because they were laughing at me as they locked the door behind us.
Thank goodness the place around the corner by the tee shirt shop was still open. A sweet lady served us with a smile and it only cost a normal $5.00 a scoop.

The girl at the counter acted like we were bothering her. When we ask about sizes of burgers her reply was regular size when ask what that was again regular size all while cleaning her teeth with toothpick. Very rude! No prices are posted. We left and immediately call the owner. He didn't answer. Definitely won't be back. Went to Gringo's. Excellent service and food

Decided to eat in and had to listen to the employees talking way too loud behind the counter. Not only was the volume obnoxious, but hearing the employees talk about popping pimples is not very appetizing while eating. they also proceeded to pop a pimple using a needle from the establishment while sitting on a counter in my line of sight. So, here's the Google review you asked for, but I don't want free ice cream. It's gross to even think about eating any when you have butts hanging over the tubs.

Edit: I'm convinced you don't know how to respond to a customer's review. Regardless of what happened, talking about popping something that contains bodily fluids at a loud volume in a place you serve food is immature and disgusting. Get a first-aid kit. Unless, you don't have one, which could even go against policy. Secondly, you did not see our plates before we left. Only one person in our party finished their plate because they ate their food before this took place. Everyone else tossed the rest of their food. Don't speak on what you don't know, especially when you weren't there. Lastly, I'm not sure if you can't read or you are not able to understand what I said in my review, but I will kindly repeat myself: I don't want any of your ice cream.

Corinne was so great and friendly. They had such amazing service. The food was so great and the ice cream was the perfect size (maybe even a little to much) good big scoops. I Come back here every year and they never fail to amaze me with everything

The Frosty Dog Cafe is definitely a dog. We went there for ice cream. I asked the worker for one scoop and she said "sorry we only have one size". The prices are not listed anywhere. You pay $10 for a paper cup of grocery store quality ice cream. MID
