I've dealt with this woman before( middle aged blonde woman) while shopping at this store. Not sure if she's the owner or not. Customer service for this store was much better when it was on Matthews Dr(I think I this was the same business). I was looking for a particular product and had a few questions about probiotics and essential oils and teas. She just seemed so matter of fact and not interested in helping me. While the customer ahead of me seemed to have recieved excellent customer service. I walked out on her mid sentence because I didn't want to return the rudeness I felt I was getting from her. This is my second time with this type of encounter with her. I'm sure it doesn't matter if one person says they won't shop there anymore, but I will say maybe you'll have more satisfied customers if she adjusted her customer service skills to everyone and not just select people.

Super excited to find this little gem - great products (organic dried mango, magnificent figs). The place smelled scrumptious when I walked in due to some fantastic essential oils being misted about. Cannot wait to buy a diffuser to do this at home with some of their blends.

At Covid-19's peak, I visited this store and was appalled that no masks were required. A middle-aged blonde woman, who appeared to be the manager, wore no mask and was speaking to a customer with no mask. What's more, neither wanted to move when blocking the aisle as I tried to make my way to to retieve a product. The manager rolled her eyes. No, I did not look like her and her friend but respecting all customers is imperative.

Not really friendly and their prices are extremely high. Ghee was priced $17.99 in their store but at Publix it was only $7.99 thats highway robbery!!!
