Gringo’s was atop the Yelp! reviews for top breakfast places and they didn’t disappoint! A small diner nestled in the end of a shopping center with some outdoor seating, they’re cooking within steps in front of you mostly on a flat top grill. Fresh coffee served in their own ceramic coffee mugs complimented our breakfast quesadilla, “the beach” breakfast, and three fluffy pancakes topped with Nutella, whipped cream, and powdered sugar hit the spot and started our morning...
My husband and I have been biking down to Coligny Plaza in the mornings while on vacation. Today is the first time we tried Gringo’s Diner. We are so glad we stopped by this small diner. If you are looking for a classic diner atmosphere, this is your place. Our food was hot and fresh. The staff were attentive and friendly. We will definitely pay it a visit on future trips to Hilton Head.

Hard to say....went a few weeks ago and everything was great. Today, the server was having a conversation with another customer and insisted on taking our order at the same time. He repeated it back to me correctly, and it was still wrong when it was brought out.
