This is an Italian restaurant Gem! Everything from the time we walked in till the time we walked out, was over top fantastic. Service +10, food +10, wine selection; large list, great choices +10, deserts fabulous tirimisu & lemon cake!! Highly reccomend this restaurant!

Noting the positive reviews, we chose to try Gusto's for an Italian meal close to Port Royal. There was a crowded dining room around the bar, and we were seated in a less crowded, very comfortable dining room.

Our server was clearly a newer employee, but he was very polite and quickly found answers to our questions, so we had little delay.

I ordered the Osso Bucco special, and it was magnificent! It was a bone-in full lower pork shank, and was cooked perfectly. I could not eat the entire meal, and enjoyed my leftovers as a full lunch. My friend really enjoyed the chicken marsala.

I heartily recommend Gusto. A gentleman who was either the owner or general manager has a strong presence on the dining room floor, spreading good cheer and ensuring all guests are satisfied.

Disappointing experience. No Early Bird Specials, restaurant is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. And everything is “ala carte”. We do NOT recommend Gusto’s. Too many other good restaurants in the area.

OMG, we are in Hilton Head for the week, we went to dinner at Gustos with friends. I had the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta, I am going to be thinking about this meal til next year! My daughter had Tiramisu that was devine, I typically would not order Tiramisu, but I sure would next time it was so good! We had Micah as our waiter, he was very prompt, polite and efficient. We will definately go back again. Thank you for a delicious Italian dinner!

Fantastic little restaurant run by a very nice husband and wife team. A little noisy, but that's what you'd expect in a good, friendly Italian restaurant.

Never went here in the years I've been down and it was a mistake. The food was awesome. I had osso bucco and gnocchi and it was great. Not the whole shank as I thought but it was shredded and tasted great. My wife loved her meal too although she is still a Pomodori fan she really enjoyed it here. We will be back.

Coming from out of town we were taking recommendation on where to eat, a bunch of people recommended Gusto and it did not disappoint!! Staff was incredibly attentive and kind, and the food was absolutely amazing. If I ever make it back to Hilton Head, I will definitely make my way to Gusto!!
