Authentic Italian food and presentation. Portions are large enough to share. Service was attentive and quick. Finish off a wonderful meal with a tiramisu take it home for later because you will be filled. Can't wait to return

We went for an early dinner. Looking at the place from the parking lot, you would likely pass. Don't! It was fabulous! Our server, Antonio, was helpful, fun, accommodating and highly observant. My sister is blind and he let her know the table was uneven in one area so she wouldn't accidentally spill her water. The food was amazing and service was neither slow nor rushed. I highly recommend!

Would not call the noise level energetic, but excruciating. Even our server couldn't hear us. Had to point to things on the menu. Food was good but my wife and I sitting next to each other couldn't even hear. Do not go here if looking for a relaxing evening.

We ate indoors on the bar side which was pleasant. Outdoor patio may have been nice but the night was quiet and the patio empty. Service was very friendly and responsive. Antonio (Sicilian born) takes a lot of pride in the restaurant and his service. He is the most knowledgeable about the menu. He was fun and interesting too. Drinks, food and the cafe macchiatos were very good. Fettuccine and capellini cooked just right. We would definitely return. Jeff and Rose

We had the Cozze al Lomoncello, Gnocci Ossobuvo, and Rigatoni Montanara which were all delicious. The Cozze al Lomoncello was the best mussel dish I have ever had. Service was excellent and the waiter Raul was very entertaining. Excellan negroni. Very nice decor, too.

Our food was not very good. Ousso Buco was very fatty. Chicken Parmesan tasted terrible- The chicken tasted like it had been microwaved about 10 times! Tomato sauce was dried up. I asked for angel hair pasta it came with spaghetti. Not a very satisfying meal

We are here on vacation this week and we dined here on our 5th night. Safe to say it's been the best meal of the trip! I had the spaghetti carbanara and my husband had the osso bucco gnocchi. Both dishes were a 10/10! Will definitely be coming back next year! Service was great too! Highly recommend this place!

Food was fantastic and our servers Tyler and Antonio were both knowledgable, professional and friendly. The outdoor patio was very nice. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Food was ridiculously bad. Chicken Marsala didn't taste like chicken nor marsala sauce. Sea bass was edible. No parmesian cheese. Price for quality of food was ridiculous. Never go there again nor do I recommend it.

We came here for a late dinner- what a pleasant surprise! The food was wonderful- truly authentic Italian. Even the chef/waitstaff spoke fluent Italian. If you are looking for Italian, this is the place!

We enjoyed a good dinner. Service was decent, food was above average for sure. It is a bit pricy but not crazy

This was by far the WORST Italian food I ever had in my life. You don't even use real olive oil. I added chicken to my pasta puttenesca and got about ten dime sized pieces or the equivalent of a third of a breast. Not worth the up charge. I told the waiter and he reported to the manager who didn't even bother to come over to rectify my complaint. This says to me that they get a lot of complaints and don't bother addressing the issues. We also got the two meatball app which were loaded with breadcrumbs. Not good. And they use cheap grated cheese instead of a real block of parmesano reggiano, grano padano, or pecorino romano. Do not dine here.

Sorry Gusto, but you have been going downhill for a while. We stopped two years ago because it was horrific. Gave you another chance. The service was great. Server was wonderful...but everything else was meh...we won't be coming back

We really enjoyed everything. I had the lamb shank and the wife had the lobster ravioli. Plus we tried the burrata and the sautéed calamari for starters. Everything was terrific! Will gave great service, too
