The manager Alexis was so helpful, kind and attentive . Food was phenomenal and so many choices. Got a chance to talk to the chef and he makes everything from scratch !!
Chef was busy pounding veal in the kitchen during our entire meal. Very noisy and distracting from our meal. When we commented to our waiter he said that the chef had a mind of his own and couldn't be controlled. We won't be back
SUCH a fantastic hidden gem! The pre-dinner bread and garlic oil is DIVINE. The shrimp dip was the best we've had ANYWHERE (and we order some variation of seafood dip everywhere we go). Steaks were perfection. DELICIOUS!

The menu was very limited. We would like to see more fish on the menu. The food was very good but pricey.
Vibe was off. Very drab interior. Entrees were VERY pricy for what it offered. $57 for grouper entree. Very disappointed

Food and service were excellent...just wish the chairs/benches were more comfortable...feels like a school-room...need cushions to sit on...pretty please!

Our friends were in town from New York and they raved about our experience and food At HOGSHEAD. John is always an awesome server, funny and knowledgeable! Owner Alexis always gracious and beautiful!! we started with the truffle Parm fries and Gorgonzola chips and Burratta appetizers. The gentleman enjoyed the softshell crab special, and the ladies loved the chefs grouper special!!!!! 10 out of 10 every single time!
Hey all, if you want to have a special meal or bring some guests out for a wonderful experience, come out to Hogshead! 4 of us had 4 different meals, and everyone was raving. Great food with amazing flavors and sauces. The escargot was a tasty starter, and we ended the evening with a shared KeyLime dessert. Loved it!
Food was excellent as always! Delicious and huge portions... Service was better the night before when we ate there. Very noisy when we first arrived but as tables emptied it was easier to hear each other. Brought lots of leftovers home as usual. Always excellent food!

The staff was great! Food is under seasoned and over priced. I had the prime rib special. The cut of meat was gorgeous. The flavor was bland. My husband had the red fish special. Again it was under seasoned. The sides were so good! Key lime pie was great too. They don't have a Malbec and wine list is limited. However, they did have River Dog on draft so my husband was happy! Each meal for specials was $52 which is alot for bland food.
