We recently held a private brunch at Jamaica Joe’z after our son’s wedding. Rachel from catering and sales was fabulous to work with and amazing with all the details. The staff was a huge help setting up and attending to everyone’s needs throughout the brunch! I highly recommend hosting a party there!

It’s so awesome to have a bar poolside! Frozen drinks in the hot hot sun are so refreshing! I ordered the Banana Split drink (with Rum) and it was like having a refreshing dessert! The only negative was that the line wasn’t even that long but the wait sure was! It was Labor Day Weekend; maybe they needed more than two people working!!!

After waiting in line for about 15 minutes the bartender Kara completely ignored me and my sister and started taking what it looked like a friend of hers. We had to tell this guy we were there first and still got a “What you want” from the bartender. Poor customer service.

I had a wonderful time and it was great atmosphere but the drinks were way overpriced and the liquor was definitely water down. Also it was Shortstaffed, I would not be returning again.

Walked in to get a couple of drinks from the bar and after waiting for my my turn. Bar tender asked what door I walked through. One of the Two big holes. Apparently you can only use one of the two entrances to the bar if you want to get a drink. Bar tender must have already made enough tips for the day. As a paying guest of this 1980s fine resort I can't get a beer at your bar. Will never rent or recommend the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club to anyone. Over priced old resort. Worst bar tender I've ever seen.
