Jane Bistro and Bar

Service was slow but the restaurant was pretty empty. Perhaps they're understaffed?! 2 entrees were brought out first, the next 2 , 10 minutes later. The four of us should have been served at the same time. Also, we weren't asked if we'd like another glass of wine! Extra service charge if using a credit card.

I had brunch with my wife and in-laws on Sunday. Each of our meals were delicious. We sat out side and the patio had nice ambiance and our service was excellent. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in HHI!

Food is nothing special - was disappointed. It's not bad, but you will not remember the meal... just that you paid too much for something you could have bought from Kroger next door.

We had a lovely evening with friends at Jane's. Waitress was new and needs a few more weeks on the job. We appreciated her positive attitude. Food was delicious and we really like the bartender who was working. Jane's has become our local go to restaurant.

Our waitress, Michaela was superb and everything on the menu that she recommended was excellent! Will definitely return for more!

After flying into Savannah on a Saturday, and getting checked in at our resort in Hilton Head, my wife and I came for dinner. We made a reservation on opentable, and the hostess called to let us know that even though we had a later reservation, they had plenty of seating and that we could arrive earlier if we wanted. I had the Southern Salad and was blown away with the flavor! My wife had the Tuscan Chicken Pasta, and an order of the fried green tomatoes. We ended up coming back on Tuesday evening with my wife's sister and our nephew, we both ended up having the salad this time around and the Tomato Flat Bread which we thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere during late dinner hours is slow and laid back, but I know from the booking experience that lunch time seems to be one of the most popular timeslots. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and nice, definitely worth a visit or two!

Love Jane's. The serving sizes are plentiful, taste is excellent and presentation is appealing. Eat here often and have not been disappointed. Recommend you make reservations but occasionally you you. An just walk in.

Our waiter Tushan was earnest & attentive! So much of the food is clearly made from scratch. The beef stroganoff was different than any I have ever had because the beef was not hidden or buried in a cream sauce and the flavors just really shined. Despite being full Tushan convinced us the coconut cake was terrific and we could bring it home if we didn't finish which is exactly what happened. Delightful experience! Will return!

Great food, worth the wait. Great atmosphere, service, and food. Their appetizers are reasonably priced and outstanding! I had the best garlic shrimp served in a bowl of never ending delicious sauce, and it had a nice salad and bread. Absolutely worth waiting a few minutes for a seat and meal. I Come here for Quality food.
