I recently visited Jersey Mike's on Hilton Head, and I have to say, my experience was nothing short of amazing! A huge shoutout to EJ, who made my visit even more memorable. EJ is fantastic – incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about providing top-notch service.

What really impressed me was his commitment to quality and quantity. There was no skimping on the ingredients; every bite was bursting with flavor, and the portion sizes were generous. It’s clear that EJ and the whole team take pride in ensuring each sandwich is crafted to perfection.

During my recent trip to Carolina from Canada, I sought out a highly-recommended sandwich shop based on a recommendation. The result was exceptional, and the manager provided outstanding service. I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Francisco, who, like myself, is of Spanish origin. Meeting him and the rest of the staff was a highlight, and the communication and food quality were both excellent. I would gladly return on a future visit.

I’ve always love the number 6!! Prices have defo gone up recently… perhaps because they are being bought by private equity company…! A shame!!

Parking: The parking is very tight… most of the time a few cars take up 2 spots…because the spots are small…., typical in Hh!

Very poor experience. Placed a large order $120+ online for my work team. When my team member went to pick it up she was told that no large order had been placed for that store. My ticket order was found a few minutes later with my name clearly on it. The clerk lied about not seeing my order. When my team member brought the order to work it was missing several items. I had to call the store several times before anyone answered. I was told to call back in 2 minutes, and before I could respond the clerk that answered walked away from the phone but left it off the hook. When I arrived to the store I told the boy at the counter I was missing several items. He took my receipt and just passed it to the girl making sandwiches. She said nothing was missing because she bagged the order herself. I had to point out where she was wrong. I did not receive any apology, only attitude from her and the boy. If she was supposed to be in charge that was a poor decision. She is not professional and has no business leading any team or being in charge of any business .

i’m a regular here. Practically every day during the week. Most of the time i know when my sandwich is gonna be good depending on who’s working. This is the 2nd time in a row in the last week i’ve ordered a #55 big kahuna chicken and i get back to work with it to find its steak. 🤦‍♂️ I’m sure i’ll still come back for lunch. But this is annoying. Edit: Ofc the wonderful lady working the grill with no hairnet also forgot the literal only thing i added onto the sandwich, ranch, so not only do i have the wrong meat but this thing is dry af. Lmao. I can’t even be mad at this point. Just highly annoyed.

We walked in to order and the girl on the grille was picking on the girl at the meat slicer the encounter was uncomfortable and disturbing. Also, the food station topping was filthy and mayonnaise looked unrefrigerated and melting. ..
