Save your money go to the subway across the street they actually care about your order. Used to work here this location exists in a perpetual state of just clean enough the line looks clean but most dropping get swept under something and the frozen meat storage for the hot subs always had chunks of broken patty sitting at the bottom the soda dispenser is almost always has a old layer of soda in the nozzle which grows mold and as for customer service it’s not terrible the employees do there jobs to an extent. It’s tolerable

The young man who made our sandwiches truly was exceptional preparing our order! He may have been new, I just hope he continues his passion for incredible service! So appreciative of his genuine attention in our order. Wish I recalled his name as management should recognize his fabulous customer service.

I always get a tuna mini this time I ordered a regular. It tasted like the bread was freshly made.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at this Hilton Head location. What a treat! The customer service (for our lively large party) was beyond impressive. EJ was especially warm, professional and had such a refreshing work ethic. This is the kind of staff that makes me want to keep coming back. Fantastic!

Ordered online a few days ago and to be fair it was a big order, 10 or so sandwiches. But they didn’t get a single sandwich fully correct. Had mikes way when it wasn’t supposed to, missing bacon where there was supposed to be bacon, etc. Seems to be a theme among all Jersey mikes that they’re terrible at taking online orders

Workers were not friendly at all. I didn’t even come in at a super busy time but a guy with dark hair and glasses would not even answer a simple question about a substitution for a sub. I had never been to a jersey mikes before and I thought it might be a build your own sub like subway but he literally said something like “you get what’s listed for the sub and you deal with it”. So rude. I will not be back.

My wife came home with a couple of sandwiches and I got to tell you the bread was atrocious. stale and an incredible disappointment. The worst experience I ever had at this location. I think the quality definitely has gone down. Last time for me.

This message is to corporate,

I was at your location in Hilton Head at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday March 15th and I felt like I was being discriminated against because I am Latino and there were five white people behind me that they served before me and when I saw this I said what's going on and they said nothing so I put my drink and chips down and left. I think it is not cool to run a business like this when I've been in Hilton Head for 20 years. I am a business owner myself and I would never tolerate this with any of my employees.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Katrina. What a wonder soul. She took time as I don’t often get the same treatment, to take my order and all my preferences without feeling like I’m over bearing. She made me feel comfortable also while knowing after looking at the fresh condiments that I was assured I was getting what I paid for . Not only that the customer service shown by her and the staff that accompanied by her was exceptional. I wish when I go to establishments like this I can always get the service I wasmm no lucky to get here !!! Thanks Katrina
