I am 72 years old & have shopped Kroger for my entire adult life (different state). I have always had excellent, friendly service from every employee I have ever had contact with. We have come to HHI for many years for 2 months in the winter & always shop Kroger. This year, however, is very different. My husband & I have been there 3 times since arriving and have been very disappointed with the friendliness, helpfulness of the employees. They act as if they are mad & it’s our fault. In addition, the store is shopped like it was the day after a holiday. So today I drove the other direction on Wm Hilton Parkway & went to Publix. Very different experience. That’s my new grocery destination.

It’s a holiday weekend but this is norm never enough cashiers. Plan ahead and today is Friday tourist do show up on fridays. But seriously this is norm every morning

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I understand busy days and long lines, it's party of a busy vacation location. But the management was extremely rude and called me a liar in front of other customers after her employee had made a mistake that I asked to be rectified. Overall, a horrible experience.
