The restaurant is located in a strip mall. It’s almost as if you’re entering a bar, however it’s a bar restaurant. There is other seating in adjacent rooms. For what may be lacking in ambiance, the food completely overshadowed it. Everything was perfectly seasoned to the bones! The cornbread was delicious like everything else!😋 You will not be disappointed. It was like eating at a family gathering! I dare you to give it a try!

My experience was good! I ordered the gizzard/liver mixed. I don’t eat gizzard but hers was on point…. No long chewing at all. They were Soft and almost melted in my mouth. The server was nice. My main dish was stewed shrimp & SNOW CRAB… the flavor was everything. However, my only issue was that my dish did not have snow crab meat but imitation crab meat. I hope when visit again, there’s some real crab meat on the plate

Yesterday I stopped by here from Alabama to Moma Joy’s for a bite to eat… The food was amazing delicious.. The taste was on point the texture was 10-10 the seasoning was a 10-10 the temperature was a 10-10. I recommend this place hands down the food was top tier… I had the Alfredo with added chicken my friend had the half of oxtails it was so so good… If you are in the area please stop by and see Moma Joy’s I’m definitely coming back just for the food
