In drive thru for 20 mins; cars were being told to wait 10 mins after pulling up to the screen to order. Ran out of time sitting in line for my lunch so I left with no food.

This one is the worst. The owner should stop in undercover and see what's going on. The workers in the back yelling at each other and screaming curses and ignoring the customers.
24 minutes waiting for our breakfast in the drive thru…. We were the only person in the line when we ordered and she seemed genuinely irritated we were ordering more than one item over the intercom. (3 breakfast sandwiches to clarify)

Came through the line a little after opening and it was like ghost town. Waited about 5 minutes and the only sound I hear was the animal caught in the bushes or a tiny critter in one of the Ecolab traps right by the door🙃😐. Needs landscaping asap cause the weeds right at the intercome is way too much. I even went up to the windows and literally nobody. There were cars parked but no one was home.

Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and got no response so I pulled up to the window. Was then blatantly ignored by the staff. Disgusting behavior and I know nothing will be done about this because this is the 3rd time it’s happened

Ordered hash browns extra crispy and received cold limp hash browns. Ordered a ham McMuffin with no egg and instead got a ham McMuffin with egg. Ordered a sausage egg McGriddle and received instead another egg McMuffin. Asked for salt, got no salt, went back and asked for salt and the cashier argued with us that we have salt. Had to show there was no salt in the bag.

Firstly, I resent having to leave even one star, as that is being too generous. Our family stopped here on our way home from vacation and no one was at the counter to take our order. A male associate told us, "We won't take your order; you have to use the kiosk." So, okay, we start doing that, and my husband remarks to our daughter-in-law that for 15 dollars an hour, you still have to use a kiosk. The man told a woman associate (or manager, doesn't matter) what my husband said, and she launches into a rant. I'm not paying attention to her until she says, "They're so used to people catering to them." My husband stopped me from proceeding, saying, "We aren't giving this place any money." Not sure what she meant by "them," but perhaps her district manager should ask what was meant by that. Incidentally, she did this in front of my nine-year-old grandchild. To be honest, I would rather deal with a machine than a raving, confrontational person like that. If you can't conduct yourself professionally and don't want to serve customers, don't work in a restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs.

Food was out quickly and hot. Order on kiosk put drink type in and took table marker, Staff brought food out to our table in bags and handed us empty cups.
