Most rudest, unprofessional,incompetent McDonald's i ever been to. From Gatlinburg TN to Panama City Beach FL. The owner needs to reevaluate their employees. #1 they had to keep reasking my order,they would only knode their head when you asked or said ty,and even reasking for my order they still got it wrong. Do better or close down.

Today I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. I went through the Drive-Thru to pick up my order, which I had already paid for over half an hour earlier. Since it was raining, I decided to go directly to the window so no employee would have to come outside and get wet.
One employee reacted rudely, told me my order wasn’t ready and that I shouldn’t have gone through there. On top of that, she insulted me and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner.
I find this treatment unacceptable, especially from someone representing a company like McDonald’s, which should focus on giving customers a positive experience. I hope the managers take action regarding this situation, because experiences like this severely damage the restaurant’s image.

I’ve been to this McDonalds at least (8) times. This is the absolute WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The employees don’t know the Filet of Fish comes with Tartar Sauce. After waiting forever for my order, then waiting forever for them to figure out they forgot to put tartar sauce on my sandwiches. The manager was standing in the background looking like she wasn’t sure if the Filet of Fish comes with Tartar Sauce. I’m tired of paying $20 for a finger sandwich and fries, to have the order be wrong 8/8 times I’ve been there. This particular McDonalds gets nearly Zero local customers because they’re awful. They rely on ripping off tourist. After you eat here, you’ll be broke but still hungry. Go to CookOut always instead. They don’t have employees that are in a constant stupor, with an unqualified manager, serving you over priced wrong orders. I’ll never be back here- HHI local. Good luck in the offseason.

Mostly employees here can’t speak English. I understand visiting a country and not knowing their language, but if you live here for crying out loud.. I had to ask two different employees that I wanted Mac sauce added to my double quarter pounder. The second employee shook her head like she understood me.. guess what I got a plain double quarter pounder.
Every McDonald’s I seem to go to has at least one or two mistakes per order. The service is getting absolutely unreal. Don’t count on me visiting this site again.
