Cute and cozy! The mushroom pizza was amazing!

This bad review was caused by a bad waiter that has showed a bad attitude several times (we ran out of patience). We have being having lunch at this location for many months, and have been patient with the negative attitude of a female waiter working today (the other two waiters, a young male and female are excellent). We always arrived after 11 a.m. when they suppose to be open and ready to serve patrons, but every single time that this waiter is working she still getting the outside siting area ready, but not ready to take our orders, and when asked to please lower the volume of the TVs in order to be able to talk, she rudely replied that she couldn't. To the owner: please retrain and monitor closely this waiter, remember that she represents you and the business. Thank you!

Ordered a large veggie pizza at the bar last night. Added pepperoni and asked that it could be cooked an extra few minutes to ensure crispness. When it arrived we realized not only had it not be cooked extra, the veggies had not been cooked at all COLD! Thrown on top of a somewhat baked base. Mistakes happen. The real letdown was when we told our server ( the bartender). He shrugged his shoulders and said not his fault. Kitchens problem. In business has no one taught him that he is the face of the kitchen? Also, why don’t you consider making your wine list prices match the food we are orderIng. $18 for a glass of red wine. We are still laughing. This is not the place it has been over the decades.

As a person with many food allergies, I was shocked that Mellow Mushroom could provide a delicious pizza for me! The combo of gluten free crust and vegan cheese helped me avoid wheat, soy, milk and egg and the pizza was fantastic. What was more impressive was how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were with making sure that everything was safe. Great food and great service at Mellow Mushroom Hilton Head. Thank you.

The pizza was good, and the service was great, and I had heard good things about mellow mushroom. I ordered a pizza with 4 topping and it was good, but not for the price. The portion was very large I will admit, but the pizza had so much toppings for just a 4 topping pizza, even after I specified light on my order in their online menu, that it didn’t seem to cook all the way. There was 7 pieces of pepperoni stacked together on one part of my pizza, which makes me think that I paid double the normal price for pizza just for someone to slap together my order. Service was great though!

We had a great experience at Mellow Mushroom! Everything was really good – the only thing was that the cheese on the pizza felt a little heavy. Other than that, everything was perfect. The service was good, and even the manager came by our table to check in and make sure everything was good. Really appreciated that touch!”

It was a slow day so the server kinda forgot about us, however she was very pleasant. Just had to track her down for the check. This is one of my favorite place for pizza and maybe I ordered the wrong one. It was very good to me but my partner didn't like the sauce on top. It was a mushroom and onion pie.

Super mid pizza for the amount of effort they put in! Looks better than it tastes. Some pizza places make it crispy, crunchy or cheesy. This one's doughy, greasy, kinda bland.
