Food was absolutely amazing. Thank you to Lucy the manager for making my birthday extra special. We so appreciate how you treated us for the past 15+ years. This is the where I always want to spend our special occasions.

We all had different dishes and all of us enjoyed them, particularly the white truffle pasta. It does get too noisy in the dining room for easy conversation.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is some of the best Italian I have ever had. Our server was very knowledgeable and made a few recommendations that were wonderful. When in Hilton Head it's a must visit

Everything was delicious and our waitress was great. After leaving we realized we did not receive our leftovers which we had requested to take home.

Sips and bites is a great option for small food portions with wine pairing. Really like the bar atmosphere. Great service

Frankly I was underwhelmed. After reading the reviews I took some close friends for dinner last night. The waiter was preoccupied and wasted glasses were empty. Ee had to flag down other waiters fire service and the food was good but not worth the price, although this may have been influenced by the frustration with the waiter. I won't be back and I live 5 minutes away.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful meal at Michael Anthony's Cucina Italiana! The food was magnificent. So delicious. Everyone in our group loved what they ordered. Flavor was outstanding. The service was attentive and personable -thank you Tracey! Nice selection of wines. So glad I referred to Trip Advisor reviews. We have limited time here on Hilton Head and this restaurant produced a memorable evening.

We had a wonderful meal and overall great experience last night at Michael Anthony's. The service was amazing and the entire staff was engaging and helpful. We will certainly be back.

While the food was good, I give this restaurant 3-stars due to the service. Our reservation was at 7:00 PM. We were promptly seated at a table in a small room with 4 tables total. Our waiter, Paul, did not come to our table for about 10 mins. When he finally did he gave us the drink menu and said he would return. He was busy. However, we could not get him back to our table until 1 HOUR LATER! By that time we were ready to order food. He said he would return for that in a few mins. (Face palm). The food finally came out and was served by a lady who promptly began flirting with my husband and right in front of me and our entire table! She said, “I have never met a man or bottle of wine I didn’t like.” We were all stunned at her comment. She came back to ask how he liked his dinner but ignored the rest of us. As we were leaving, she stopped him to say she “really hoped to see him again”. Seriously?! Never again!

We tried the Sips and Bites for the first time. The atmosphere and service and pairings were excellent. The Bites were not up to Michael Anthony's standard and became cold too quickly due to serving size. We have been there for full meals and cooking classes that were far superior. Highly recommend their cooking classes and dinners.
