OKKO Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Restaurant

Okko is our go to for sushi and sashimi!! Excellent service and the sushi and sashimi very fresh and delicious !!

Have lived on the island almost 3 years and this was my first time eating at Okko. It was a beautiful restaurant. Hostesses were welcoming and friendly. The cook (Franko) was extraordinary and it was the first time I ate everything on my plate at a Japanese restaurant! Excited to bring more friends there in the near future.!!!

Top notch sushi, some of the very best in the entire Hilton Head area - impeccably fresh and beautifully presented. Service was pleasant and attentive.

Had a wonderful dinner and was pleasantly surprised at the peaceful and high class ambiance! It was our first time at OKKO and we will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful family dinner at this restaurant. The hibachi experience was outstanding, and the food was delicious. Our chef was wonderful and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Hibachi is great for children; not so great for adults w/o children. Food service was well planned. Chef put on a good show and food was good

Visited between the holidays so it was busy. We had reservations so we got seated right away. Our server was Leo and was very good. Food was excellent. We had several rolls. Definitely would return

Visited Hibachi grill with 4 adults & 2 kids. A sublime show of fire & swords. Needs more preparation action. Basically caused flame with oil. Tossed around food to see if anyone could catch in their mouth, none could so mess on floor. Squirted lemonade into kids mouth with squirt bottle. Food was fine. The kids liked the experience. Ive been to better.

The food it’s pretty good,the attention it’s so fast and the combination of flavors are now for me and I usually go to a Japanese restaurant, I will love come back to this place.

extremely overpriced for quality. I just picked up an order at 1PM for 1 human. $31.00. highway robbery FOR A PICKUP BY AN 80 YEAR OLD, if you ask me. next to NORTHRIDGE MOVIE THEATRE WE HAD A WONDERFUL RESTAURANT OF COMPERABLE FOOD QUALITY. I paid half as much there. MY ADHD 7 YEAR OLD GRANDSON WAS ALWAYS MADE TO FEEL WELCOME AT THE RESTAURANT NEXT TO NORTHRIDGE EVEN WHEN HE ACTED OUT....

THEY LEFT FOR BLUFFTON, LEAVING THE MATHEWSAREA WITH THE DOUBLY PRETENTIOUS OKKO....

Some call this PROGRESS. Who wants to work on this snobby island.... I WOULD NOT WORK HERE.

I WILL BE RELOCATING TO MY HOMETOWN OF NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE WHEN I CAN NO LONGER DRIVE.

Can't beat the hibachi experience...kids are 13 & 15 and we have been for at least one of the birthdays for the last 10 years.

Have been here a year ago and went back with a large group as I really like teppanyaki. Unfortunately, after sitting down a bug ran across the teppanyaki cooking area (which was still cold) and disappeared in a gap on the side of the cooking area. Not sure what it was, but it should not be running around right where food is being prepared.

A nyc vibe look inside, food was great and so was the service. Fun night out. You will love it. They need more dessert options though.

Miserable experience. The worst Hibachi experiences of my life. Abismal service, pedestrian food, started close to an hour after reservation. Only reason I stayed was because it was my little girl's birthday and didn't want to upset her. I will NEVER go back to this place.
