One Hot Mama's BBQ

Ms.Orchid brought my salad out personally and graciously allowed my daughters to take a photo with her. She was beyond wonderful. The food came out and was hot and delicious. We loved the cornbread stuffing! Definitely recommend!

Great food, great service! Loved the bbq nachos, char bar salad, and the shrimp with Maui wowii sauce was incredible.

Great food. Got the pulled pork, mac and cheese, fries and chili. All of it was great. Normally a mustard sauce guy but their vinegar sauce was the best I’ve ever had. We had a group of 10 guys and everyone loved their food. Will 100% be back.

I recently visited Hot Mama's BBQ in Hilton Head, SC, and had an excellent experience overall. The service was a standout feature—everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The staff was attentive but not overbearing, which is always a nice balance.

As for the food, I ordered the meat and three with smoked fried chicken, fried okra, collard greens, and French fries. The chicken had a great flavor, with a nice smokiness that paired well with the crispy fried exterior. The chicken was juicy and tender. As for the sides, the fried okra was battered and not dredged—I preferred dredged. The collard greens were good—I enjoyed them, and the French fries were delicious, too!

The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, which makes it a good spot for a relaxed meal after a day out on the island. I’d recommend Hot Mama’s BBQ if you’re in the area and looking for a good Southern BBQ with friendly service. While there are a lot of great BBQ places around, the smoked fried chicken here is worth trying!

Ordered an entire Thanksgiving turkey and pork butt meal along with stuffing and bean casserole. Very pleased with the taste and professional way they took great care of us. Would certainly do this again.

LOVED EVERYTHING! Food AMAZING, (Faves: Chocolate BBQ From Starters Menu, Onion Hatstack, also from the Starters Menu, Fried Wings with the Hawaiian sauce to dip, & finale.... the Chocolate Pecan Pie). Excellent Service, fun atmosphere on a cold night, (Friday, November 22nd, '24. Hot Mama's is Highly recommended!

My family enjoyed our dinner at One Hot Mama's BBQ. The staff was very friendly and we received our dinner very fast!! The food tasted delicious from the smoked ribs to the smoked chicken wings. I have to add great beer on tap to go along with the great food. Highly recommended the Jack Daniels and Hawaii Five-O flavors on the wings!! The bread pudding is a must add for desert!! Thank you for the great experience.

What an Amazing atmosphere. We came in from our of town. We chose One HOT Mama's to go. The food was good. The establishment is the place to be for good drinks food and entertainment. Recommend 10/10
